      ******* First time using Feldco and very pleased. **** and his son did the installation and they were great! Cleaned up both inside and outside of house - very much appreciated! Had some minor issues that were addressed immediately. Everyone that I dealt with at Feldco were very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend Feldco.

      We will never use Feldco again. We signed a contract for them to install siding, aluminum trim, and a new door. The installation of the siding and aluminum trim was terrible and we are still waiting for the work to be done correctly. Initially they installed the siding and trim and spilled some type of chemical that actually ate the color out of the siding. They did replace the strips of siding affected. The trim was put on and now the storm windows no longer fit. The siding is loose on the building as they did not install a starter strip. The aluminum trim installation looks like c*** They never put the rain gutters and downspouts back on the building correctly. The phone box is hanging away from the building, never screwed back on. We do not live at this property (it is a summer place) and we have had to travel a distance of 300 miles round trip 5 times to inspect their work and it is still not to our satisfaction. We have been in contact with the ********* Project Manager who has refused to be available to meet us at this property to resolve these issues. He has been communicating with us all along but the work is not done to our satisfaction.

      Absolute WORST experience I have EVER had with any company/contractor. To begin salesman came to my home and quoted slightly over 7000 for a patio door and living room bay window. My wife and I thought after the presentation that 7000 was a decent price. Prior to installation the gentleman that priced our windows called and informed us that there was a mistake made and the window in the living room was not in fact a garden window. A garden window was the existing window that was to be replaced. They did offer to split the cost and apologized for the mistake. When installation came it took 4 days longer than expected....without trimming out the patio door. I continued to contact the Green Bay office in which I told the representative that the trim still had not been cut and installed. She assured me that it was in her notes to have the installers cut and install the trim. Three more times they were out and NEVER finished the trim! Each time the installer stated he did not bring his saw and did not know anything about the trim. At this point I dont even care about the warranty I'll never get them out to do anything. Secondly I swear the house is COLDER ever since Ive had these windows put in. POOR product. Finally at the same time I had Feldco visit me I had Feldco visit my parents house to quote windows. They were quoted 10000 and are furious that the windows installed are frosting and dewing. The very reason they had the originals replaced. POOR quality, workmanship. INFERIOR product and service. ZERO rating!

      We like the windows but the install, communication, and follow up has been terrible! Calls to discuss our problems have gone on answered. Looking at having the window install corrected for the 4th time and to say we are frustrated is an understatement. Not to mention our sales guy has been hands off since the sale. At the very least we want a some money off this expensive investment!

      Over the course of a couple of years I have as all the windows in my house replaced with Feldco products. Their entire team has always been great to work with. They showed up on time (sometimes early) and finished the jobs quickly and neatly. I have never had a problem with them. I wish all home improvement companies were like Feldco.I hope to be using Feldco for a roofing project in the spring.

      This was our first time using Feldco Windows. Our sales person was very knowledgeable and informative about the windows. The Feldco Windows look great and the installation was done very well.       I love Feldco and has never had a problem. This is my second time using them within a few months. I had gotten my bottom windows done the first time around and not the top. Well, my bottom windows were looking so nice that I had to get the top floor done. Now my house look so beautiful. My salesperson ********************* was great as usual and the team that came out to install my windows were very nice and showed up before the scheduled time. They were quick and they cleaned up after themselves which is a big plus for me. I have one more window I need done but that will be next year project and I will definitely be calling ********************* and Feldco again.
