Everything they say on TV is true,they paid all closing costs and we did not have to clean out house. Kept in contact through out the whole process. Would give more stars if I could,will tell anyone to use them.Grandview Homes, LLC

Dealing with Grandview Homes was a great experience. Everything they say in their TV ads is true and then some. Very fair price, no realtor fees or closing costs, except my attorney's fee. After 46 years in the same house, we accumulated a lot of "stuff." It was very convenient to just leave everything that I did not want and not worry about it. I closed on the date I wanted and had five days of post-closing occupancy at very fair terms. What a hassle-free way to sell a house! I strongly recommend them, with no reservations.Grandview Homes, LLC
