Excellent! Very fair cash offer for a home that needed much updating. Left what we didn't want to take with us. No inspections whatsoever. The team was courteous and professional, and we were always able to get in touch with someone if we had questions. I personally will never sell a home through a realtor again. Can't say enough good things about this experience.

A great experience with Grandview Homes. I was left to sell my fathers home, after his passing, which needed much updating. From beginning to end, everyone I had contact with at Grandview Homes was very professional, respectful, and understanding. This was a very difficult task for me and they were extremely considerate and patient. They gave me a fair offer and the whole process went just as they said it would. I was tasked with selling my mothers home after she passed away. The house needed serious updating and repairs. Grandview gave me a fair offer, and a couple of weeks later I closed the deal. Everyone I dealt with at Grandview was courteous, professional, and respectful.Grandview Homes, LLC

Working with Grandview was a seamless process. Everyone I met with Grandview was a professional, from the first salesperson to their legal team to the person who manages placing the home on the market. After some discussion, I signed the contract at the end of March and needed time to find my next home, so I could not move out in March. With the agreement from Grandview, I moved out of the house in November; this included an extension I requested. I could have left at the end of March after the sale, and Grandview would have managed the rest.Grandview did not pressure me to move out of the house at any point after the contract was signed. This was a different experience than when I tried using a traditional realtor five years prior. I didnt want to go through the hassle of preparing the house for viewing, having several strangers walk through my home, negotiating the price, determining what I would be responsible for at closing, and managing home improvement or repairs following the potential owners home inspection. I was still working full-time, and it was all I could do to clear the house and search for my next home. Grandview was interested in the property and not the contents. Before Grandview took ownership, I could sell what I wanted from the house and donate items. Because there was the time between my signing the contract in March and when I moved out of the house in November, I was ready for them to take over. When I moved out, Grandview immediately cleared the house to prepare for sale. In my opinion, this was the fairest, fastest, and simplest method to sell the home.Grandview Homes, LLC
