Grandview was exceptional and very easy to work with. They were dependable and very helpful in walking us through the process. The closing went smoothly with no glitches and the electronic payment was wired and in my bank account literally within hours of the closing. The post-possession option was very helpful in giving us access to the house to move last minute items and allowed us to make a sweep of things to assure that we did not leave anything important behind. I highly recommend Grandview, which took the stress out of moving.

Delivered as promised. Some minor glitches along the way, but the issues were quickly resolved. Grandview **** *****, was very helpful and forthcoming. Answered all my calls quickly, even the ones on the weekend. All other contacts with Grandview **** were met with professional courtesy. Grandview Homes was wonderful to work with to buy my mom's condo that I inherited. Her place was over 40 miles away from where I live and I really didn't want to do the whole finding a realtor and showing the place business, if I could avoid it. The people my husband and I worked with were very helpful and went above and beyond with providing us information about the process and how to proceed. The price was very fair; the home did need some updates. We called out a few of the "we buy homes" companies and Grandview exceeded our expectations with their professionalism and end price offered. We were extremely pleased with Grandview Homes, they tendered a fair offer for our home and were courteous and prompt in our dealings. Our sale was "as is" so there was no need for a home inspector or repair negotiations. They also provide clean-out services at no cost to the seller so we could leave behind personal belongings that we couldn't use. There are no sale commissions and they paid for all closing costs. I highly recommend Grandview Homes, they are an honorable company that stands by its advertising claims and agreements.Grandview Homes, LLC

I was pleased with the professional people at Grandview. Everything was exactly as they claim in their advertising and followed up with the people I worked with. Went to closing and was finished in minutes, making this a painless process. Being able to leave the belongings that were not needed /wanted, saved us the headaches of moving or dumping or cleaning out the home we inherited. We got 4 bids, ********** and 3 others. The others had clauses in their offers that they would continue to try to market our property and that they wanted to be able to assign the contract to someone else...that was not a desirable situation for us. My attorney and I were not sure the other offers would actually show up at closing. **********'s contract did not play any games, straightforward and they closed as promised paying all closing costs with only the standard *********** Tax prorations deducted at closing... just as agreed in the contract. No repairs, no inspections and no hassles.Grandview Homes, LLC

We were a bit skeptical at first, as we had heard some bad stories about this side of the housing market, but we were pretty desperate to sell our townhome as quickly as possible and "as is."After reading a lot of reviews and doing a bit of our own research, we took the chance and contacted Grandview, and I'm so glad we did. Everything went smoothly, and the folks at Grandview were extremely helpful, compassionate, and were on top of every question we had throughout the process. The quote we received was even a bit higher that we were anticipating, so everything worked out great for us. So, if you're in a spot and need to sell quickly and don't want to deal with all the hassle and expense of going through a traditional realtor, give Grandview a call and see if they're a good fit for your situation.
