As well as from their television commercials, we heard about Grandview Homes from a friend of ours who sold her house to them. I went to their website and read up on the process involved in selling to them. After we decided to use their service, we found that everything outlined on the website was exactly how it was. Every person there that we had contact with was very professional in how they treated us, kept us informed on a timely basis, and came through with flying colors from beginning to end. I highly recommend them for the type of services they offer.

After my sister passed away, we had a condo unit to sell, which was filled with her furniture and household belongings. No other members of our family needed any additional items and we did not have the time because of other family commitments to dispose of the items and to oversee the sale of the condominium unit. I reviewed information about companies that purchased units on a "as is" and "leave the stuff there" basis. I got in touch with three of those companies, one of which was Grandview, and had them review the unit. Grandview was very responsive and made an offer that we thought was fair and was notably more than the other companies. All of our contacts with them were very professional and cordial. I recommend Grandview Homes to anyone wanting a hassle-free home sale. From start to finish, they were responsive and professional. They gave us a very fair and prompt offer for the home. Most importantly, they were very respectful of my parents and our family regarding the sale of our home of 50+ years. ****** was there from the very beginning to the very end, extremely professional, efficient, and responsive. We had an absolutely positive experience with Grandview Homes. From start to finish, they operated as they had represented themselves. As-Is, All Cash, No Inspections, Pay for the closing costs.We could not have asked for a better transaction and closing. We really felt like they were honest and not afraid to disclose what they thought they were going to have to spend on the property and what they thought they could get for the property. That allowed us to determine if we thought the offer was fair. Which we did after doing our homework and getting other offers from other As-Is buyers.Really can't say enough about ****** and the team we dealt with at Grandview. I had a very distressed property that I needed to sell. I hoped to get enough to clear the mortgage. Grandview came in higher than I expected and well over 2 other private buyers. I worked with *****, ***, and ******. They walked through the process and within 1 day I had a quote. After my lawyer reviewed and accepted, I accepted. I left a huge mess of junk behind inside and out and there were no penalties or adjustments for the clean up. Closing was less than 30 days later. I couldn't be happier with everything that took place and the results.Grandview Homes, LLC

Our family had to sell our departed brother's home. The home needed a lot of work and had a lot of things in it that no one wanted. We talked to a realtor and he told us what we could sell it for if we did the necessary repairs and cleared the place out. We did the math and figured out how much we would get if we did the repairs and paid all the closing costs. We then called Grandview. Their agent, ******, came out right away and inspected the place. They gave us an offer that was significantly less than what our number was. However through negotiations with Grandview we got very close to our number. We were able to close in less than a month with no more work on our part. Everything they told us was accurate and they did a great job. ****** was especially good at keeping us informed and answering our questions. We would strongly recommend them.Grandview Homes, LLC

Grandview was excellent. For one thing, they were not the only investment company offering to buy houses as-is that we contacted, but Grandview's offer was far above others'. Their staff were consistently professional and helpful, and we were able to close as scheduled despite the homeowners' association's efforts to derail the process (this was to sell a town house).Grandview Homes, LLC
