      I am rejecting this response because: Ive literally tried to cancel it and Ive explained to them how I had a hysterectomy and I dont use it I dont want to pay for it I want it cancelled I wanted it canceled before I had my hysterectomy its in no way beneficial to or for me so Im not happy Ive been stressing over this company for months Im over it point blank I want some kind of compensation and I want to to remove from this situation and service thats never actually served me.

      Its wild I called and canceled I also feel its gross that I expressed that it wasnt something I wanted to finically continue with in dec/Jan so I feel I should be refunded that period at the least however the business obviously values money over quality service to customers or people that tried to cancel n were sucked back in by a business with lack of morality and genuine customer **********************/care.

      I am rejecting this response because: If there were to be a monthly fee, why was I not made aware of that. The company should provide customers with all the necessary information and should not leave any important information out with the intent to cause a misunderstanding. The company purposefully leave out the monthly fee portion and has caused customers to think otherwise. It was not just only me that is experience this problem so it does not seems like a miscommunication. I would like to request for a full refund and will process a lawsuit against this company if a resolution is not made to satisfy this request.

      August 28, 2023 I got charged for an auto warranty. I cancelled it next day realizing I did not need. I was received my refund on September 3rd, and was told my warranty was cancelled. I have been charged now yet again on September 28 2023. I want this issue resolved and the charges to cease. I have not authorized this charge or any future charges and have been told my policy was cancelled. It is not being honored.The cancellation number is 1998202DS I spoke to ******.

      I was made to believe that I had to have this coverage being a first time buyer I have not used this coverage at all since paying into it had when I wanted a refund was talked into a lower rate witch also didn't want as said I am a first time car buyer and was ignorant to the extended warranty game and found out I can get one right here in town from my jeep dealer witch covers everything and as said would like a refund for coverage I have not used at all

      I am rejecting this response because: I specifically asked the lady I spoke to, and told her I had set up a warranty thru the dealership when I bought my truck. I continued to ask if this was something i needed to do since i had received a notice in the mail. She continued to tell me that this was how I get it activated and that was it. She originally told me $168 for a ONE TIME activation fee. I asked wasn't it activated when I bought my truck and she said no. Since this was my first new truck purchase I didn't know any better and decided to trust what she said. I then received two charges of $289. Then I proceeded to call my dealership and they confirmed this wasn't something I needed, and found this company had been part of multiple misleading complaints from customers with the same issue. I DO NOT like being lied to and was taken advantage of. Your response to my issue is complete BS.

We reviewed the call recording from 08/09/2023, and it appears that when you inquired about coverage, our representative mentioned that there wasnt any coverage with our company and went on to explain our cost and coverage options.Subsequently, on 09/28/2023, we received a notification about a chargeback payment through your bank, and as a result, your policy with us was canceled. We consider this matter resolved based on the cancellation of your policy and the chargeback.

      When I purchased my vehicle back in July 2022. I received a letter from Sky Auto Protection stating I needed to activate my warranty. Not knowing it was something I didnt really need, but called anyway to activate it. Now I realize this is really not I want charged every month considering this was unnecessary. I called to cancel but they stated that I was close to paying the amount for this warranty and waived my recent bill which was this past August. In all honesty I just want this canceled altogether and get my full refund.
