      I bought a used vehicle and months after I received a letter in the mail from Sky Auto Protection (SAP) in Yellow paper. They were pushy with their sells tactics sending multiple letters and giving me a deadline to contact, now I know why. I called them and the guy said it was a once time payment to "Activate" the service I never knew it was a whole Payment Plan. PEOPLE BE ADVISED. DO NOT CALL THEM. CANCEL IMMIDIATLY.

After reviewing the Vehicle Service Agreement the customer elected to cancel his ********************************************************************. The policy was cancelled at the customers request and refunded per the terms and conditions of the Vehicle Service Agreement. The customer stated he was happy with the ********************** he received and considers this matter resolved to his satisfaction.

      I recieved a call from skyauto stating my warranty will null in void if i didn't make payment . They told me a one time fee of 250 and i get five years free . I didnt agree to let them take this monthly fro. My account. They take it anyway . *** tried calling them they dont answer the phone and their mailbox is full. At no time did they tell me i would have to pay more than 4 thousand dollars for the policy . I already have warranty coverage and thought they were calling me on my dealerships behalf because they had all my information. They have taken almost 2 thousand dollars from my account without my permission. I want the payments stopped the warranty discontinued and my money refunded.

      We spoke to this customer on ******* and resolved all of his concerns. The customer called in to purchase a ******************************************************************** on *******. The dealership where he purchased the vehicle had included a Service Agreement with the purchase and the customer believed that it was the same as the Vehicle Service Agreement he purchased with Sky Auto Protection. We had not spoken to the customer since he purchased the ******************************************************************** back in July. The customer elected to cancel the ******************************************************************** with ********************** and will be refunded per the terms and conditions of the Vehicle Service Agreement. The customer considers the matter resolved to his satisfaction.

      The individual who wrote this complaint is not our customer and was unaware of the conversations we have had with our customer. We spoke to our actual customer on the same day this complaint was submitted (12-29-22) and the customer understood what the policy was and what they were paying for. The customer elected to review their ******************************************************************** and payment plan options. We followed up with this customer on ****** and they elected cancel their Vehicle Service Agreement and submit for a refund per the terms and conditions of the Vehicle Service Agreement. Our customer is happy with our customer ************************** claims made in this complaint do not accurately reflect the opinions of our customer. This complaint has been resolved to the customers satisfaction.

      Record #***GV01386 Thei business US APS keeps sending me notices that say my warranty is expiring and if I don't call them it will DE activate on 1/10/23. They don't hold my extended warranty and I have now idea how they know about my vehicle date make and model. I purchased my warranty thru my dealership! I have told them on the phone to stop calling and stop sending out mailers but they won't stop! Please help me get them to stop!

      They send out notices in the mail claiming you have to activate your newly extended vehicle warranty and then say you owe $XXX.** amount. The fee charged and the fee said on the phone are two different amounts, I fell for it because the amount I heard on the phone was WAY less.

      Received fraudulent letter in the mail. Letter warns I will be financially reliable for vehicle repairs if I do not contact company within a week. I have never purchased insurance through this company. This is a scam and consumers should be aware.

      I recently purchased a use car and I had bought a coverage plan. I was told that the coverage activated when I left the car lot. A few months later I received a letter in the mail explain that if I do not call this number and active my cars coverage all coverage will be void. The letter only had the companys address of *************************************************************. The letter did not contain the business name. When I called to activate the coverage I was told that there is an activation few of $180.00 and if I did not pay it my coverage would be void. When I realized what had happened I called the business back at ************** and explain how miss-leading the letter was by reading the letter to the representative. ******* representative then admitted that it was misleading.

      This customer called in on ******** and stated he wanted to activate a Vehicle Service Agreement. He provided the *** and current mileage of the vehicle and a payment method to process the down payment. The customer called back in the next day ******** and advised he already had a coverage and he had misunderstood the offer letter. The policy was cancelled on 12-16-22 at the customers request and the customer advised he had disputed the payment with his bank. We spoke to this customer on ******** and the customer confirmed that his bank was handling the dispute and specifically told us not to refund his payment. We addressed the customers concerns and the customer stated that this complaint had been resolved to his satisfaction.

      Date of transaction: 11/29/2022 Amount paid: $189.21 Services company claims to provide: auto protection. What happened: I got a letter in the mail stating that it needed an immediate response. I called the number and was told that the $189.21 would cover 5 years of additional auto coverage. I questioned the salesperson about this, I asked him if this was a 1 time payment of $189.21 for a coverage of 5 years or a monthly recurring payment, he responds back saying it was only a 1 time payment. I was hesitant, because he did sound fishy, but because the document I had received in the mail said "OFFICIAL BUSINESS" I thought it was my dealership sending me to a third party to get my warranty covered, thus I proceeded. I then asked him if there were any additional/hidden fees aside from the $189.21, he said no. Anyhow, I get the plan agreement in the mail and see that the Total Sales Price for this 'plan' is $3594.99. I did not hear this number during the call at all. I want a refund and to cancel this service immediately. I have not used their services and don't plan to. After seeing other complaints, I realize that I too have been scammed. I am so mad that this business had access to my information and had managed to reach me with their gimmick mail. Also, in my supporting documents they did not even have the decency to spell my name correctly.

The customer was given all the information about the coverage and payment plan on the initial sales call. She confirmed the address so that we could send out the coverage in writing for her to review. We spoke to this customer on ******** and she confirmed she had received the booklet detailing the Vehicle Service Agreement. The customer also stated that she did not remember that she had a 30-day review period and that she filed the complaint because she didnt think she would be refunded. We clarified all the terms and refund process per the Vehicle Service Agreement. The customer elected to cancel the policy and the refund was processed. The customer considers this matter resolved to her satisfaction.

She was given the payment plan information on the initial call and advised that everything would be sent in writing to review. The customer was also advised that she had a ****** review period. We reached out and spoke to this customer on *******. The customer stated she did not remember being told about the 30-day review period, but did confirm she had received the paperwork containing the terms and conditions of the policy and payment plan agreement. Per the customers request the policy has been cancelled and refunded. The customer stated that this would resolve this complaint to her satisfaction. We consider this matter resolved.
