      The worst insurance company you could get.THEY DON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OR EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR YUR LOST.They are in denial and they will denied your pain and suffering.They also claim their insurance doesn't cover medical bills which is a lie.Dont deal with them and if you have a business and get this insurance you might as well not have any insurance.

      Zurich fails to honor valid claims. I filed a claim in June for some paint damage to a rental car. All documents were submitted and acknowledged by Zurich/Travelex.I continue to get the same response from customer service stating the claim has been expedited. However, no action has occurred and I am out $$$.I bought the insurance through ****** Travel. I cannot recommend Zurich/Travelex and will discuss further with ****** Travel.

      I submitted a fully documented claim over 3 months ago. I have followed up by phone and was told that they are running behind but would try to expedite it. A month later I contacted the by email and have had no response. I will never buy travel insurance from them again. It seems like they just hold your. **** forever in hopes that you will stop following up.

      File a complaint on the 18th of July 23 was in an auto accident it wasn't my fault my car wasn't able to be driven after the accident tried to contact Zurich claims adjustable that was assigned to me and manager no response went 10 ********************************************* back no emails nothing didn't have a car to drive kept telling him I needed a rental car so finally I went through my insurance progressive which is the best ever had the whole thing solved within 24 hours from the time I contacted them

      I purchased Zurich Travel Insurance through ****** and I wish that I would have looked at this page or any other to see that they are a horrible company and they do not deliver on their product. We had a family wedding and cruise that departed May 1, 2023 from *****, *******. We flew to ******* a few days before the cruise departed, but my husband got ill and we were not able to board the vessel. We filed a claim with all documentation and each week when I called they stated they had everything they needed. Finally, after one month, on my weekly call, they said they did not have my documentation, I told them not only did I upload on their site, I also emailed it to them. **** at ****** Member Travel Services refiled for me and told me it would be expedited by Zurich. That was over one month ago. On June 27th I received an email that it went to an UW for second level review, today, I called to check on it and the agent raised his voice telling me they updated me on 7/7 and they need another week, I let him know I could forward the email which was from 6/27, not 7/7 and he hung up in my face. So, two months into this, still have not been refunded for the cruise. I have been in touch with ****** corporate as I trusted Zurich as a ****** Vendor, but never again. ****** should fully sever this relationship and use another travel insurance vendor. If there was a negative 10 rating, that is what I would give Zurich as a company. Their culture is not at all customer focused and honestly it feels like a scam, not insurance.

      Zurich is not an insurance company I would recommend to anyone. In fact, I would steer others clear of this insurance group. I have tried to contact my assigned agent about an auto claim which happened over 2 months ago, and have yet to hear an update about anything. The automechanic holding my vehicle is not able to even view my vehichle to see if it is salvagable or totaled until Zurich gives an update. There's a reason they have less than 2 stars for reviews. Steer clear at all costs. In my opinion, you're basically flushing your money down the toilet because they wont be there for you when it counts, only when the bill is due.

      Could not be more disappointed with the Zurich travel insurance. Would never buy a policy from them again and would actively steer all my friends and family away from their services. We have been trying to get a family member returned from a hospital in ***** to the ** for more than a week. Despite doctors both in ***** and in the ** approving the transport, the Zurich Medical team continually delay the process. To make matters worse, they did approve the transfer only to revoke less than 30 minutes later, absolutely devastating the family and the patient. Still stuck in ***** with no end in sight, not only prolonging the anguish for the family but also jeopardizing the recovery process of the patient who is unable to be treated by ** physicians. Due to their ineptitude, the family has spent upwards of $100,000 thus far to be in ***** and manage the process.

      After repeatedly sending emails and leaving phone messages for a month, they have yet to respond. I dont understand whats going on with my checks .

      This insurance has not fixed damages to my vehicle from an accident that was caused by its insured driver. It had been half a year no and NOTHING has been done. I have been reaching out to RAKIRA ESTERS AND SHE RARELY NEVER EMAILS ME BACK. I HAVE CALLED HER AND THE SUPERVISOR AND NOTHING IS DONE!!!!. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!

However, the offer for settlement a preschooler can count that higha joke!In constant painvisible abnormal siteand growth coupled with multiple other problemsdoctors fully aware.Will go forward with the documented evidencetruth!
