      This is the worst travel insurance company I have ever worked with. I chose to use them based upon they being a partner with ****** Travel. On June 10th I was told it would take 10 business days to receive a determination. I did not receive that determination until June 25th where they said they would be issuing a check immediately. After calling back in early July I was told that the check had been mailed on June 27th then when I called back again I was told that it was that customer service person's experience that checks weren't mailed until after the 4th of July holiday . It is now July 23rd at I have still not received my payment. On July 19th I again contacted them and they indicated that they would provide a direct deposit to my bank account with my banking information, which I provided. It is now 5 days later and they still have not made the transfer to my account. Who holds these people accountable? This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

      I am writing to file a complaint regarding the deceptive practices of my car dealership and the difficulties I have faced with Zurichs customer service.My car dealer added a protection service provided by Zurich to my contract, claiming it would cover mechanical issues for 6 years. However, a few months after signing, I discovered the coverage was only for 1 year. I contacted Zurich to cancel the service and have been trying to get a refund for the past 6 months.I have spoken to three different representatives at Zurich, all of whom were initially helpful. The first representative understood my reluctance to cancel through the dealership and apologized for the dealers actions, assuring me that the refund process would begin shortly. Despite this, a few months passed without resolution.When I called again, the second representative apologized for the delay and assured me that the cancellation would be processed immediately, requesting additional information via email, which I promptly provided. However, months later, I spoke with a third representative who offered similar apologies but no concrete action.Despite my repeated attempts, I have not received my refund. I am seeking the BBBs assistance to resolve this matter and obtain the refund I am owed.Thank you for your help.Sincerely,*******************

      Im baffled at how this company is still running its fair from legit. Their client rear ended me and drove off I was able to get video of the driver as well as the license plate. This is a hit and run case the police report and footage shows all the proof but here we are 70 days after the demand letter has been received by them and not a single response. My lawyer has reached out over 10 times to not get in contact with the case manager. They will ignore you from emails to calls it doesnt matter. Now the next step is filing a lawsuit. To anyone dealing with this company save yourself the headache the reviews speak for themselves. Best of luck to anyone dealing with this company I Highly advise you get a lawyer involved if you dont already because you wont win against these corporate devils!

      I recently had a Kohler faucet in my upstairs bathroom blow up. The faucet hit the ceiling with such force it took all the texture off. The water then poured through into my living room, destroying the finish on the ceiling. I reached out to ******, who sent a new faucet and started a claim. In the mean time my regular insurance *** sent out serve pro with industrial fans These ran for about 4 days, 24/7!! Serve pro then fixed the ceiling, re-stretched the carpet and generally did a great job. After not hearing anything from Kohler I reached out again to find they had transferred it to their claims ***** I once again provided them with all the details. More Silence. Then on Monday July 15th someone from Zurich North America reaches out and once again wants all of the details, clearly no one communicates. I provided, details, paperwork etc but heard nothing back. Yesterday I get a letter from Zurich denying my claim, saying i caused the broken faucet myself (and destroyed my own house, causing myself a $3K bill and inconvenience). Anyway, the interesting thing is, this letter was posted in July 15th. They didn't even email me until 247PM on July 15, I didn't respond until 336PM. So they managed to get my email, access the facts, type a letter and get all of this done before the last mail on Monday. Pretty sure they denied my claim before they even contacted me. The timing just doesn't add up. NEVER work with these people they are TERRIBLE. They provide no serve, they just protect their big clients and s**** over the people who have been wronged. If I could give less than one star I would.

      Keep getting the run around with their agents and even a supervisor. I need my gap insurance claim processed as I have no vehicle to drive. Eventually I will have to get a lawyer and *** for fraudulent service.

      ****** at total loss **** was great. She did everything to help me get a rental car until i could get paid for the loss of my car. Zurich settled quickly to get me paid so i could buy myself a replacement vehicle. I am very pleased with the service I received. Thank you Zurich & thank you ******.

      this company sends dangerous and untrue. Final notices to people about a home warranty. This company should not have an A+ rating.       Driver of one of their trucks ran a red light and crashed into me. Had witness statement, camera shot, and body cam proof. Tried to file a claim and they would not return calls. My insurance company had to pay. We could not get proof of fault released. Went to mediation, and mediator did not do job. We finally got the proof released, but nothing can be done to Zurich now. If you have a claim against them, hire a lawyer.

      Got in an accident back in may which is almost a month ago and Zurich has been no help in the pay out.. I have sent over all information and have not received a response in return.. I called their office and was told it will take up to 4-5 weeks to have my information reviewed and for the Situation to be reviewed.. this has been by far the worst experience with this company.. my loan is currently pending payment because of this company and they could careless dont use them for gap insurance.. youll wait months for a response regarding pay out

      26 minute wait time on my phone call and over three week interval with no response to my email request and submission of documents. **************** non-existent. Do they just want to keep my money as long as they possibly can.
