      Horrible! They are not responding to my resubmitted documentation. They want a report from *************** and the airline has not sent. You cant speak to a human being at ***************. Emails from the airline supports my flight was bumped, missed my connecting flight and ultimately missed my hotel reservation in ******. I paid for a hotel I did not use. I tried calling Zurich Travel and the voicemail was full. I paid for travel insurance and they are not being contractually compliant. I think my next step is to make a complaint to the Department of Insurance or contact the US ****************

      Terrible customer service. Their employees who answer the phone just keep repeating themselves "You must wait 2 business days". ***** was one of them!I filed a claim on 01/22/2024. I am paying interest on my credit card debts just because they can do what the sold us. After many emails and calls, they just approved my check last week. They promised me they will mail the check to me over night, but still after a week they have not provided me a tracking number yet. They are the worst of the worst. Never get anything from them AT ALL... AGAIN THEY ****, NEVER BUY ANY INSURANCE FROM THEM

      They have begun to mail out checks no direct deposit with no notice what *** goes backwards? No thought of who they are hurting worst workers comp Co. We now are 2 checks behind as they mail checks to ************ office now. This *** should not be able to function like this aren't there any regulations, rules, laws regulating companies like this one. Shameful!

      Horrible customer service! We had to send and resend receipts in order to get reimbursed for what was clearly covered under our plan. We actually had to get our legal representative involved before they sent our refund check. I would encourage individuals to NOT do business with this company!

      It would be nice to have a Claims Rep that actually replied to emails or phone calls. Absolutely the worst communication I have ever experienced from any company. They're so bad at returning emails I am considering smoke signals!!! Pathet

      As a Service adviser from a major dealership, I recommend, DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! They are a pain to get ahold of, and most often will cover NOTHING. they look for every excuse or loop hole to not cover repairs. I have worked with many aftermarket warranty companies, and Zurich, BY FAR, is the worst to deal with.

      If I could give them a zero I would. I broke my ankle within ******************************************* ***** ******** on November 29, 2023. Initially, they were helpful and approved my going to medical appointments to alleviate the intense swelling and even arranged for a first-class upgrade for my flight home. However, they weren't able to book the upgrade with their cc so asked if I would put it on mine. I said I would since they told me all claims would be paid out within a couple of weeks. I sent them all the documentation that I had along with an itemized spreadsheet and cc statement with proof of payment. It is Feb. 20, ****, and I have not only not received payment for the "approved" claims but they are not responding to my emails and I've spent numerous days on hold for hours on end. I am out the fees I paid for the coverage and over $6k in expenses that they approved. When I did get through to an agent, they transferred me only for the call to be dropped and when I called back I've been on hold for over an hour. Atrocious!

      The worst insurance company. They've ghosted us for an entire year. One of their policyholders filed a claim because of their policyholder's negligence. They owe us $35k and have just completely ignored us. No paper work. No communication. Their policyholder admitted fault and we have proof, but they never even asked for our proof as well.

      I filed a claim with Zurich Travel Assist Medical Insurance after a medical emergency I survived while traveling in October 2023. I was assured the medical expenses would be covered only to receive a bill from the hospital for the full amount (14 thousand dollars) four months later. I've called Zurich multiple times to attempt to resolve the issue. Each time I'm told my claim is "under review" and someone will get back to me in 2-3 business days. The time passes, I don't receive an update so I call again and am told the exact same thing. Handling claims is the reason they exist yet all of their efforts are concentrated on giving people the runaround.

      Very disappointed in the professionalism from agents ******************************* and ***********************. Based on their customer service alone, I wish I could rate this company zero stars. I was parked in a gas station parking lot and was rear ended by someone that was insured by Zurich back in November (it is now Feb 12) and could not get a hold of the agent ******************************* who was in charge of my claim. Contacted them over 30 times via phone call (left voicemails) and emailed her supervisor *********************** and still zero communication. Her number is now disconnected? I called the main line and they told me that *******************************/her team marked my claim as 50/50 liability (even though I was hit and have pictures) and the agent told me when this happens I need to go through my personal insurance. That itself isn't a problem, the problem is why is it taking me contacting them 30+ times over the past 3 months to get an answer? This is the worst company to deal with. If you get assigned ******** or ****** to your claim, request a new team. They have shown they can not handle the work load. Extremely disappointed in the lack of professional here.
