      Terrible people to deal with. Bought wheel and tire coverage through them and wish Id have never done it. Literally have just spent all day at a tire shop trying to get them to cover my tire and am having to leave my vehicle there because they havent given approval yet.

      I recently filed a claim for Zurich insurance for a cruise that I had booked and was unable to attend due to a last minute surgery. Zurich sent me a form that I needed to complete and a page my doctor needed to complete once I sent the completed form back with the information requested they processed it quickly and to my surprise approved it and was sending me my complete refund requested within **** days. The policy was bought for a cruise I bought through ****** and the plan was cheaper then had I purchased a plan directly from NCL. I have used travel insurance before and while I did get the funds back in the past it was significantly more difficult to work with the companies. Zurich made the process easy and I was very happy with the time that it took to process the claim. I would definitely recommend them.

      I have been waiting on hold for an hour and a half waiting to submit a claim for a customer. This is a problem we encounter every time we call to submit claims. Claim submissions used to quick and easy to get done for customers but I am spending the time a repair would take just on the phone.

      It's impossible to get in touch with anyone. I purchased their maintenance service plan and literally have been on hold for hours 2 days straight. I tried the chat function as well and they just stopped responding after apologizing for their long wait times. What is the point of having the warranty if you cant put a claim in. Its robbery. Don't go with this company.

      They are worst Insurance to deal with. Their policyholder damaged my parked car and still waiting for a rental. The insurance adjuster company critical solution is unresponsive at best. Zurich would not respond. The car has not been fixed because they unresponsive. The adjuster they hired ignored critical issues. I emailed them a few times but no response. I am considering involving a lawyer now.

      Imagine having to get a lawyer to fight for medical care? Case managers talk a great game and then ghost you. Also imagine them giving you phone numbers on their letterhead that have been disconnected? I'm going on 39 days with an injury and have yet to see a physician that's allowed to see me, unless Zurich gives the approval. I'm totally disgusted at the fact they can get away with this.

      Impossible to talk to anyone on the phone to get an adjuster to come out to view my vehicle. My vehicle has been in the shop for 12 weeks. The dealership pretty much has told me they do not have time to deal with it. So I thought I could make the call...only to find out why my dealership gave up. Currently have been on the phone for one hour and thirty minutes, on hold, with no answer. There should be an option for zero stars.

      Zurich acknowledged an issue with my ***** under warranty, but then later denied the issue with my *****, leaving me with no solution. My ***** wont start on occasion and it makes a loud whirring/grinding noise which I recorded to show the ***** service center. The car has no check lights and it does drive. The ***** service center said the first step is to replace the starter. Zurich covered that claim, and I paid the deductible. The starter replacement DIDNT fix the issue. After considering my video of the failure, further inspection, and consulting their technical service bulletin, ***** service said that the torque converter is failing and causing the auditory indication of mechanical failure, and that it will need to be replaced. ***************** tells me that Zurich is denying my claim for the torque converter replacement because of lack of evidence of the issue. The lack of evidence now is the same amount of evidence that was good enough for Zurich to cover the starter replacement. Since they started fixing the issue, I would've liked them to finish fixing it since they acknowledged there being an issue by attempting to resolve it with the starter replacement. I was without my car for over 70 days because that is how long it took to get in touch with Zurich, just for them to deny fixing my issue that they already acknowledged. The ***** service center tried calling Zurich for a month in a half and had never gotten through to speak to anyone. I had to email Zurich and put them in touch with the service center. Zurich did not issue me any kind of written ************** denial with any reasons for the denial. If Zurich never even covered the starter replacement in the first place, I would not feel as dissatisfied with their service. Since Zurich did start fixing the issue, I feel they have left their job half done. I would not recommend a Zurich auto warranty to my friends and family.

      I regret signing up for this service/Company as they are not professional and very hard to get a hold of to simply discuss a claim and have it processed. You would be on hold hours trying to reach a live person. The dealership and I both attempted to call on our own and together to get through the claims **** or adjuster representative to get approval for work to be done and would be on the line forever, disrupting our jobs or responsibilities of our own attend to in the day. My vehicle was at the shop for over a month waiting for the adjuster to respond to the shop. Their parts of coverage list are outdated and does not reflect a lot of the newer parts on today's more advance vehicles. So, they will always use the "it's not on the covered parts list" even though it does the same function but is just a newer component with a different name doing the same job and responsibility for the vehicle as supporting resources shows to avoid paying out a claim. I have rental coverage, for break downs and roadside assistance and when my vehicle had a "parking brake error" flash on my dash, which also because of the warning, hindered and stopped a lot of other vehicle functions and items on the vehicle so it was not safe to drive. I took it in to be seen and it was going to take them over a few days to trouble shoot, so I rented a vehicle for work, only to find out that the part was not covered so the rental of the car was also not covered. And when I disputed and asked for a manager to call me to review my displeasure, ******* confirmed that a request was put into a supervisor. But it has been weeks now, and still no supervisor has called me. You pay top dollar for reassurance that they will have your back, but instead, they just want your money and then look for ways to dodge any payouts on your claims.
