      I've had the WORST experience with this company!! I was hit by someone who is insured with Zurich Insurance. It took several phone calls along with several emails before I was able to receive a rental car. The agent *** been assigned to is a JOKE! He's stated he's overwhelmed with work. Its been a month since my accident and I haven't received reimbursement for my medical bills. I'm ready to hire a lawyer and contact my local news station to get assistance with my issues. I wouldn't recommend to this company to no one.

      I would not even give this company a 1 star. Any time I have tried reaching out to this company to ask about whether a claim has been processed, they tell me they have the claim, and that is it being processed, YET we have never received any type of correspondence stating that has been done. Also, now, after a 5-month period of being told the claim(s) would be processed, now all calls go directly to a voice mail and ask us to leave a message. All it seems is this company does not want to pay for patient's services that have been rendered on behalf of the patient.

      HORRIBLE INSURANCE !!!!! They hire a third party for claims - get ready for a HORRIBLE experience !!!!!!!!!!! Tractor Trailer Hit and Run and I do not have a car until maybe next week !!!!

      I submitted all the info requested (VIN, mileage, and payoff letter) almost 2 months ago. I got an auto response saying I'll get my refund in 4-6 weeks. 6 weeks goes by and I hear nothing. I contact them again, and they're asking for all that info AGAIN! I obviously don't have that info anymore, as I assumed they'd have it. This circus is ridiculous! I'll never have a warranty through them again.

      I left a Automotive dealership in October 2023 and Zurich has declined to pay the money I earned in commissions.The Zurich rep ***************** even implied it's at his discretion and the owner of the dealership whether I get the money the owed me.When I pressed back on that and said if when I left would it be Zurich and the owner of the dealership view if I took thousands of dollars of down payment home would it be my discretion to bring back.Of course ***************** was crickets on that because he knows that would be embezzlment.But why ***************** and Zurich and I guess from the texts the owner feel they can embezzle from me.***************** from Zurich with a few nasty exchanges between us because he doesn't like push back from me wanting my money goes on to threaten me like he is going to black ball me with the owner of the store assistance.I just want ***************** of Zurich and the owner in question know one thing they can't black ball me from anywhere.Zurich and ***************** I don't want to ever work for an owner that feels it's ok to steal from their employees.

      I had an accident on 10/11/2023 and filed a claim with Zurich Gap Insurance. They requested that my main Auto Insurance Company sent them a copy of the settlement check, and how they valued the vehicle for your total loss. They also requested that the dealership where I purchased the vehicle send them the Cancellation of any non-Zurich related warranties purchased within the vehicle loan (i.e. extended warranty, tire and wheel, maintenance plan). Documentation of the refund amount of each cancellable item. If these warranties are either non-cancellable or expired, a complete copy of the agreement that outlines the terms is required. Everything they requested was sent to them. It has been over one month and the Zurich Gap Insurance still hasn't paid the remaining balance. I have called and called and all I got from their customer service rep was that they have not got to it. I'm really disappointed in their lack of professionalism and great customer service. People should refrain from using Zurich Gap Insurance.

      I have the ****** Bulldog that was seriously injury by a veterinarian during a routine neutering. The cost of emergency room and hospitalization over 10-day period was $4500. The veterinarian offered Zurich of North Americas as Liability Insurance. The Veterinarian identified contaminated gauze used during surgery as the reason for critical infection. The insurance company insisted I submit Demand. Letter outlining circumstances, which were simplified by the fact I brought him home, put him to bed and he didn't get up. Within 48 hours we were in the *************** emergency Room. The ******************** Care Physician at the hospital diagnosed his condition as being caused by bacteria introduced to wound during incision. In spite of the written report the Claims Examiner for Zurich denied my claim. I have concluded that during our communications my race and age spoke louder than the facts. The veterinarian apologized for the denial and claimed he told the examiner about the contaminated gauze. He has since offered to reimburse me, but that check has yet to arrive. I would caution seniors and persons of color to be super vigilant went dealing with Zurich Insurance because I believe they ****** an atmosphere of ageism and racism.

      Held a 403b that I had forgot about for 25 years with Zurich American. When I go to "rollover" the 403b; Zurich has so many loops to jump through that it is like your money is being held hostage. When you call and wait on the phone for near an hour, the representative speaks in a condescending voice and even then does not give me step by step on how to surrender my monies. If I am trying to simply rollover from Zurich to another company like Fidelity then it should not be 6 different steps with 3 different signatures and signatures from a company I worked at 25 years ago. There is definitely something not right about this company and having to deal with them is very frustrating. I would never advise anyone to use them and I sure wish I had not!! Very disappointed.

      Purchased a $4,100 car warranty policy that the ****** dealership recommended from Zurich. Guess the sales peeps must get paid more in commissions to recommend Zurich, over other insurance companies. Had to be on the phone for around 50 mins before they answered. My mechanic spent 2.5 hours on these calls to Zurich claims department to explain the nature of the repairs etc. The Zurich adjuster, ***, takes 72 hours before he inspects the car. *** told me he is an independent contractor Zurich hired for a very large territory, he was overworked and had way too many claims to adjust. Alarm bells should have gone off, when he said that. Bottom line, Zurich said its on the ****** dealership to fix the water leak and bad water pump and the busted front passenger control arm. Hopefully, ****** will do the right thing.

      I can not believe this company is allowed to treat injured workers the way they do. My injury left me permanently disabled and on SSDI. Zurich Insurance wouldn't pay for my medicine but paid for a surveillance team to follow me while my lungs was shutting down. I have tried to report the fraud to Zurich Insurance since 2018 and they could careless. This company hired *********************** to defend this ligament claim. This guy has committed crime after crime. In his attempt to win this claim. The racism I've been forced to face is unbelievable. I am holding out hope that a reporter will show interest in this and report this crime.
