    I was scheduled to have a water BBL with ************* , the first time the procedure was rescheduled was because I was hijacked the day before and ***** advised me to reschedule. The second time was because my ride home canceled on me and the facility canceled the surgery due to safety reasons. After all this I cancelled the procedure after looking through the bad reviews and because after talking to the doctor and nurse I was not at ease with the complications and post op problems. I was told that I will get a 50% refund within 60 days this includes returning the loan money that I took of the procedure I did not have. This was back in 07/01/2023, I contacted the front desk so they can process my refund request and give back the loan in full that I was being charged month by month, on top of the 4000$ that I gave to book the procedure. It has been almost 5 months that I have been trying to get an update on my refund request and no answer has been given other than they have to contact my bank because they can not refund it to the same debit card since when I got hijacked it was stolen. In regards of the loan they have not returned it and lending point is charging me monthly for the procedure I did not have. I have sent emails and called almost every week and their answer is always THE accounting department is not available and they will reach out soon they never do! I have been very patient after they told me they will only give me back 750$ refund of the 4000$ that I gave and also they told me to just cancelled the loan and lending point should stop charging me. I showed them the email of LendingPoint explaining that the loan should be given back on full for them to do that. They received the loan in full on top of the 4000$ I gave and neither have been returned to this day. Totally lack of professionalism, every time ask to speak to a manager they tell me that the accounting department working for them is a separate entity and they are not responsible! UNACCEPTABLE!

    I paid a down payment and now ive been requesting a refund and they have failed to do so

    I had finance for a surgery which the Office helped with financing , the surgery was never done . The office which was located in ********** is no longer there. I have contacted them multiple times and the number is a non working number now and the office is empty.

    It is now October 24 and I'm still waiting on my refund that I made on February,21,23. They have lied and said they have tried contacting me to resolve this matter. Which is false. I made a deposit of $500. You guys have gave me the run around for months now. Please do the right thing and refund my money immediately!

    I have canceled all Services with the company in August 2023. I have made many attempts to reach the business by all contact numbers I have and by online live chat. And still no one from the business has returned my messages regarding my remaining balance refunded to my 2 financial institutions. $13,000 comenity bank $1,900 chase bank

    I had a consultation and was pretty much pushed into paying $250 for a deposit. I contacted them the next day and said I wanted a refund until I could research more and discuss with my husband. ***** told me she was issuing me a refund and that was three months ago. I still have all of the text messages of her telling me this. I have tried to call several times and they always tell me the manager and billing department isnt in. I want my refund.

    I was told that if I put a cash deposit down it would save the sale price but I was *********** a full refund if I wanted one. I have emailed 5-6 times and called 7-8 starting back in June 2023. I never receive a call back. In the picture attached it shows that a full refund is available in the fine print. I had never scheduled an appointment or anything, just had a consultation.

    I paid in full for a BBL procedure, on Aug.4.2023 , 8,000.dollars and paid with a credit card. I scheduled the procedure for *** of next year. I paid in full so I would get a "deal". I soon realized that I didn't want to have this procedure at this business. I was told by *************************, who gracious charged my credit card, that I could get a refund if I change my mind. Called back to cancel, maybe aug. 30. was told ************************* no longer works there. Every time I call , to find out status of refund and I leave a message no one bothers to call me back or emails me.

    Date of transaction: 8/3/2023 Amount: $7,300 **************************************** Liposuction Date of Service Cancellation (via text and call with *****, an employee at Chicago Liposuction in Shaumberg IL): 8/3/2023 I cancelled the procedure the same day as the procedure inquiry and I was still charged the full credit amount. I contacted Alphaeon Credit to see if I could close my account, but ********************** had already charged the full $7,300 to my account without confirming an appointment. I would like the $7,300 refunded to my Alphaeon Credit account in order to close my account.

    After ************************* took $3,500 on Friday afternoon and another $3,500 on Saturday she said in order to reserve the spot we needed to pay another $3,500 so $7,000 could come from the same source. She called Sunday at 10pm for another payment. First thing Monday we cancelled we felt there was something not right about this place. ***** said it would take 60 business days to refund our money. This place is a scam. They do not refund money as you can see on their ****** reviews.

    We have been dealing with ******************* and her husband and have spoken with them at length about the refund process. $3,500 of the $7,000 has already been returned because a dispute was filed with their banking institution. Their banking institution debited the funds from our account, once this was done then it is no longer in our control. The remaining balance of $3,500 will be refunded within the 90 day refund time period. We have had to get the police involved because ******************* and her husband *********************** have stalked, harassed, and threatened *************************** and her family including her underage children. ******************* also speaks of making a payment of $3,500 on 3 different days however that is false. We are requesting ******************* provide proof that she in fact made three payments that totaled $10,000.
