      Paylocity setup our employer 401(k) match incorrectly and now we have over funded our employee accounts and I cannot get anyone at Paylocity to help fix this situation and been told our account manager is working on it and call back in a couple days and its been almost two weeks. There is no way to speak with anyone in leadership or anyone that cares to resolve issues or answer questions correctly.This is a major compliance issue and you are sent into a black hole contacting them with no way to resolve the issue. We are stuck until someone will help. This is the worst customer service and irresponsible at the very least and I cannot believe they can operate a business like this.Please help us fox this major issue.

      I am rejecting this response because: Paylocity sent me a note simply saying my issue was complete when it is not. I have no idea or can see that they fix the 401(k) calculation and we had to run our current payroll with the over match again because of the lack of response. Our advisor told us to do this because if we didn't would cause us more liability not funding employee accounts. Even if they fixed the calculation we still have the overfunding issue that we need to correct with the carrier and we need the over fund calculated and a file created to send to our carrier. This is complete and utter carelessness on the part of Paylocity and no one has contacted me to inform me what is being done to fix this issue. I expect a person that is competent and someone in management to contact me ASAP.

      I am rejecting this response because: This issue isn't fixed yet. I am working with a Team Leader who wants to be helpful however has provided me with an inaccurate report to fix the issue in the Paylocity system. And I need a report in a format that is required by our carrier so they can make the corrections in the employees accounts. At this point, I need expert level leadership and someone who knows how to write the reports that are accurate and needed to fix this situation, one to upload to fix the employee YTD and the other to fix the accounts at our carrier.

      1/23 my company transfers HSA account to paylocity. 2/2/23 we request a check in the amount of $750 from our account to reimburse a dr ****** for payment 3/23 after many calls money is still not been distributed This is stealing. Cannot get anyone on phone to properly handle situation. Unacceptable

      I am rejecting this response because:  we have since paid the credit card company for the medical bill, and the funds were now supposed to be deposited back into our bank account, not back onto the Paylocity card. Once again, an error on the part of Paylocity and I am unable to use my card to pay for the things that need to be paid for because it is health services only. Still not happy and very aggravated with the lack of care on their end.

      Company withdrew 20k from our business account when specifically contacted to stop the transaction from happening 2 days before. Representative stated it was stopped but in actuality it wasn't. They debit the account only 13k to bring it positive not the whole 20k. They are requesting various forms to credit the remaining balance. This error was on their staff. We are asking for our funds to be returned with no success.

      This was  a transaction error that occurred with the client and Paylocity is already working to resolve this . A member of our management team has reached to the client to further discuss this issue and work with them to resolve the issue as we have already processed a portion of the credit that was for the payroll run the remain amount is for the  tax amount that was pulled along with the payroll. This can take longer to return based on how tax liability is deposited. Paylocity leader  has requested a meeting with the client to address this issue.

      We started a 401k for our employees. Two weeks ago we ran the payroll. The calculations were not correct. I could not get anyone on the phone that could help me. My account manager did not know what I was talking about. The major problem we have with Paylocity is that we can't talk to the same person each time we have an issue. I emailed the account manager 2 days ago and then again today for an answer. Then I called an talked to someone and the call was dropped after an hour. I waited to see if he would call me back. Then I called back to see if I could talk to him again. No luck. My account manager is not responding, His boss is out of the office, and his boss is not answering the phone. I just want to talk to someone that can fix the problem.

      Closed a company with paylocity, and they never created nor sent a year end filing package. It even seems like they might not have filed my tax documents. Multiple days on the phone trying to resolve it. Being told its being worked on. Nobody will give me a timeline or cost to fix the problem. I cant even get paystubs to hire my own accountant. I offered to just pay for the paystub access so I could download and hire an outside accountant, I was told thats impossible. Then I offered to pay paylocity to do the work and asked for a price. The response was we can do it, but sir I cant give you any concrete information on the price or time it will take. I get emails saying weve called you, only to have receive no calls. I send emails that get ignored. Ive called on 3 consecutive days and never been able to speak with my assigned account manager. I cant even get an estimated invoice for the cost of creating a year end filing package. They literally will not tell me. I have spoken to multiple different account managers, who all tell me differing things. On Monday 2/13/23 I was told that since its Monday we cant work on your problems and I should call back Tuesday. Note Tuesday was Valentines Day. I was told they would be more likely to help on Valentines than on a normal Monday.On Tuesday 2/14/23 I called back spoke to an account manager and was told my problems would be resolved by Friday and he would send a follow up email, only to never send the email. Wedensday 2/15/23 a different account manager said there is no timeline to resolve your problems and no estimated invoice can be sent.

      Situation is already being addressed and has been escalated on our side.

      I called to speak with the contact (*******) directly and explained that I would be working directly with leadership to have this situation taken care of.  After speaking with internal leadership, they have already escalated the tax request to have his information filed and they are also extending the client's access for another month so he can pull the necessary information needed.

      The team leader from service is also reaching out to the client to provide an update on next steps that are currently in place and escalated.

      I submitted a claim for reimbursement for a medical claim through my HSA account on Jan. 5,2023. The claim came back as denied, because it was submitted as a copay, which was an error on their end. I filed an appeal with them 01/09/23 with *********. The claim then transferred to pending but I was advised that the funds were not available in the account, paylocity stated that get air (my employer) had "accidently" removed the funds from my account, which I was not made aware of until I called. They stated they would try to get them returned and it would take **** days to have funds returned. I was specifically told by **** at paylocity not to contact Get Air, as paylocity would be responsible for doing so. I called again 1/16/23 and was told that the money was showing as pending as a return. I called again 2/13/23 and spoke with **** who stated they had not spoken with Get Air and the funds were still not available in the account. He stated he could not give me a time frame as to when they would contact Get Air, and again advised me that I should not contact get Air to my funds returned. I asked to speak with someone higher up and was refused.

      I was able to follow up with the client regarding her election amount. The client made an admin error when they processed the members termination which removed her original election amount. I have updated that info and spoke with our claims team lead and she advised that claim will process on Thursday and payment will be sent to member on Friday this week.

      I got my w-2 to find out that NO federal taxes were taken out of my wages! I had no clue because based off of my paystubs I had 200$ out of a 1560$ check being taken out and I was being paid semi monthly! I called and had a representative tell me that there was an error due to paylocitys system which was not pulling the federal out at the final step of payroll processing! I was abruptly disconnected and I called back numerous times to have the representatives have no clue what was happening. I work for a company that uses paylocity and to get an administrator to approve me to speak about my OWN TAXES AND PAY! I tried again for the 5th day to contact paylocity again and was finally told by a rep ******** that they had found the issue which looked to be true and was the system not generating the payout of federal taxes! I was happy to find the issue, she had sent an email to the admin since I wasnt on there and asked the form she was emailing be complete and emailed back to ********************************** and paylocity would generate a W2-C and ensure the appropriate amount was paid into my federal income tax withholdings and confirmed by paylocity! I called to check on it on Monday and was told that everything that ****** told me is invalid and they will not be honoring nothing! I tried to speak with a supervisor and have had the worst time I have also explained to the representative that answer I expect paylocity to honor their word and help me as a consumer and employee of the company using this service to get it done and done soon! Ive been told regardless of how many supervisors I speak with it will be the same answers! I have told them I have never had a company say they made an error and even send forms and keep me on the phone for 2 hours express that all is okay and figured out and youll be able to access your profile and print your w2c within 24 hours after you submit the form, dont worry youll get to go do your taxes. Im beyond discussed worse company!

      The questions that I was asked in the hiring task documents were inappropriate for a job application. Asking if I was queer!! On and on I thought it was a bad joke. So inappropriate.       Among other services Paylocity is supposed to provide us with quarterly reports for the purposes of compliance with governmental taxing authorities. Last quarter one of the state returns was incomplete. Paylocity failed to provide a complete report after repeated requests. This quarter (year end) Paylocity provided reporting for one of our businesses that is almost completely wrong. The report for another business has been provided at all. **************** has not been helpful and is only offering a possible correction of these failures after legally mandated filing deadlines have passed, which would be of absolutely no use.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that the resolution I received elsewhere is satisfactory to me.

      I was forced to confer with our ******************** who contacted Paylocity's sales/implementation team.  Our issues were then resolved within 2 days. If things had been left with customer service, I have serious doubts our issue would have been resolved in time to be useful for meeting legally mandated tax filing deadlines. I do not feel things should have had to have been so exceedingly difficult or that it should have been necessary for our top management to become involved.
