STAY AWAY- ******* services are subpar at best. The *** program is probably the worst. If they deem something not appropriate that is *** approved, they will lock up your cards for no reason if they deem it not necessary purchase. This company needs to realize that they are not in control of people's finances and if something is *** approved, they need to honor that without locking up people's accounts. I purchased something through the *** cards with them, they locked it. Now they are getting away with 1000+ dollars of my money that comes out from my paycheck. They have nothing but keyboard warriors that get to delegate how you spend your own money on medical. RIDICULOUSPaylocity Corporation

It's not worth it. The more I learn about Paylocity the less I like it. There are too many ways to make updates in the system. Which is problematic because they don't talk to each other - so they all need to be updated every time a change has to be made. Our designated *** is so rude and condescending. I hate trying to work with him. Requesting things like late filing fees be looked into is a fiasco. I should not have to beg you to follow up with the agency just because 'you initially filed the information in the quarterly ***orts.' We got late filing fees. Something is wrong. Do your job. There are also severe system limitations. My current favorite involves a lock-in letter we recently received from the ***. In the next few pay periods, our company will be required to change from the employee's desired withholding to what the *** is requiring. However, there is nothing we can do to prevent the employee from changing their withholdings back. And we would be liable if that happens and the change is not caught. This a concerning oversight.I'm tired of micro-managing the payroll company that should be making my job easier.Paylocity Corporation

Do not use, they are appauling. They fail to call back or action requests. Implementation staff and poor and the relationship/ account manager doesn't respond to emails, phone calls or internal messages from her co-workers who are trying to reach her on her behalf. Very poor and concerning levels of service.Paylocity Corporation

A year and a half later we are still cleaning up the numerous mistakes made during implementation. Took months for Paylocity to fix the *** accruals, tax codes were wrong, EDI feeds were a mess. I could go on. We were sold functions that dont work. We are in our third product manager and team trying to fix the product for us. The buzz word for Paylocity is we will need to escalate this issue and it takes weeks to hear back from the team Without a doubt we were oversold on the capabilities of the product . I have a *** just to work on fixing Paylocity. We have spent months trying to get the scheduling product to work, the product is t even close to what was represented to us. Extremely disappointed would be an understatement for Paylocity. Do yourself and company a favor and runPaylocity Corporation

Horrible company to work with. I am a solopreneur and have been with them for 4 years. I wanted to leave assuming I was on a month to month since it has been so long. Since my friend left several years ago who I signed up with I have been bumped around to all different agents that don't take care of you or really ever even check in with you. So I decided to switch companies. They charged me an early termination fee. Really? I am a very small business and I figured after the first year I would move to month to month. Nope. They said I signed a contract 4 years ago and the woman ***** in charge of it would not work with me at all. There customer service is horrible. There are so many better payroll services to work with like Paychex and others. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Paylocity Corporation

Paylocity needs to get better.Implementation - the approach was great, the execution turned out to be a nightmare. Certain data functions previously setup were removed during a 2nd data export. Paylocity 'fixed' what was deleted but did not restore all parameters or criteria The implementation team did not always listen and missed some key information on how to process our shift differentials. During implementation, the team was almost too helpful in helping us with setup to the point we don't know how to do much configuration ourselves. The implementation team often ignored requests to review a function (e.g. PTO/SICK accrual methodology) and we had to scramble at the last minute to get them setup before go-live.Knowledge Base - great idea, too bad the links don't always work and you don't always get a good answer to help you process.Customer Service - Its been three weeks and I am still waiting for some team to make sure we can access the reports needed for PBJ in 6 days.I am on the third attempt to get the team to address issues with our 401k match that they "previously fixed."Paylocity Corporation

Paylocity is absolutely the worst payroll services company I have worked with in my 25 years as a CPA. Other companies I've worked with are Gold Leaf, QuickBooks, Paychex, ADP, and Peachtree, Sure Payroll - all by far superior to ************************ was so inferior - never could talk to the same person twice. Could never discuss multiple problems at one time and there were so many! The website was not intuitive at all and when talking customer service reps it was obvious they were not expert at it either. The first two paychecks were calculated correctly and starting with the 3rd paycheck, they started deducting from net pay to the employee the employer's SIMPLE match. During the initial sales call, I was told they could pay the employer's SIMPLE match and the SIMPLE deferral directly to the investment company with each payroll, but with the first payroll, they told us they couldn't with the particular company we worked with, ******. The **2's were incorrect regarding the state wages (this particular company was headquartered in one state but performed work in two other states) and they couldn't seem to come up with the numbers to fix it (I had to fix it myself). Unemployment returns filed were incorrect, etc., etc., etc. We finally went to another service after only 2 quarters with Paylocity - it was such a mess!!!!!Paylocity Corporation
