My family recently completed a major remodeling of our kitchen. We went with Wilke/Lifestyles because we used Wilke 27 years ago for our windows and internal as well as external doors when we built our home. ********************* was patient, candid, professional and creative in helping us design our new kitchen. **** was very responsive in getting us a bid and making various changes. I highly recommend her!As to our Wilke/Lifestyles installers, ***** and ******, they were outstanding in their work ethic, craftsmanship and treated us like family. It was a pleasure working with this Master ****/Young **** duo. We will use them again when we tackle our bathrooms later this summer. I give these two consummate professionals my highest recommendation!*****************

On April 25, a Wilke Window service person analyzed our 5 double-hung windows in regard to an opening problem. They were installed by Wilke a number of years ago. I was told the problem required replacement parts, and I agreed to have the work done. In late June I had had no further communication, and I began reaching out for information. After 5 phone calls, with messages left every time and no call-backs, I went to the business office and canceled the order. I was told my $95 service fee would be refunded. I am waiting for that now.Wilke Window & Door Inc

Everyone I dealt with were knowledgeable and courteous and the installers ***** and *** were great to deal with. ***** went above and beyond pointing out a couple of issues that needed to be addressed and helped in getting things resolved. Highly recommend Wilke.Wilke Window & Door Inc

This was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend Wilke to any of my friends. I had an outdated picture window replaced. I am happy with the product that I got from Wilke. All contacts from the sales reprep, customer service people on the phone to the installer, were handled professionally, recognizing that the customer was important. Dealt with ***** on the phone...very nice. Installer ********************* was very personable and knew what he was doing. I recently updated my kitchen and used Lifestyle Kitchen & Baths for my cabinetry. ***** helped me design my dream kitchen. Which included taking out my pantry wall, replacing my island with a peninsula and adding a custom hood. She was so knowledgeable and very patient with me, as I had changed my mind numerous times. Looking at the end result on her computer, I couldn't believe that was going to be my new kitchen. ***** and ****** were my installers and make an awesome team! Not only did they bring my dream kitchen to life, they did an amazing job. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They are truly perfectionist's at their job! By the time they were done, I felt like I made two new friends. I am so happy with the outcome and can't wait to host my first dinner party. I highly recommend them for your next project. We recently discovered that a Wilke window (installed in 2019) was incorrectly installed, and leaking rainwater into my basement—argggggg. I paid $95 for a service visit, and that led to ***** ***** dedicating himself to fixing my window. He arranged for another installer to help us fix the problem, ***** applied additional silicone and foam TWICE to obvious leaking spots and came back to my house 4 times (including doing a FULL leak check to confirm we had NO water coming into the house). I appreciate this Navy Vet’s commitment to fixing my problem. Thx *****.Wilke Window & Door Inc
