    I get a phone call from this business every single day asking me to come in for a test drive or if I'm still interested in a vehicle. I never filled out any information with this business. I have never been there. I have zero interest in anything they have to offer. I never asked for any information. I don't know who they are. I have blocked phone at least 5 phone numbers from this business and they still find new phone numbers to use to get through to my phone to leave me another message.

    I have recently purchased a vehicle within the first week the engine light came on so my wife and I scheduled for a visit with maintenance. After explaining our situation of living 3 hours away we would need to make the appropriate scheduling time. This didnt happen and so we made several attempts to drop it off. After dropping it off we were told that our fuel line was leaking and it would take 4 dats to fix. Two and a half weeks later **** the maintenance person doesnt know when the part will be in and ****** the sales guy doesnt seem to care. We told each person we spoke to we dont feel safe and we are ignored and still paying a note on a newly bought car and havent had it in our custody for two weeks. My kids school schedule has been effected also my work schedule and not even a loaner care was given

    Regarding ************************* and ***************************** the vehicle 2020 Dodge Journey was picked up on Saturday 2/11/2023 the repairs were made, there was a delay in the parts they were shipped to a different dealer inadvertently.     They over taxes me on my car loan. And this is my 6 time buying a car from them. And on 12/6/22 I traded 2 vehicles in because I didnt want to pay no two car notes and I didnt want two vehicles in my name anymore. Also on 12/12/22 my husband and brother went to purchase a vehicle and they ran my credit without my permission. I told the Im not put no more cars in my name for nobody. Now I just received letters with my credit being ran for my husband and brother for a car loan that ? wasnt going to do. I would like this off my credit. I will never ever do business with them again they got over on me. I thought this was a decent car since I had already purchased several cars is the past. Smfh NEVER AGAIN NOW LOOK HOW HIGH MY CAR NOTE JUMPED FROM MY LAST TWO CARS 612. And 598. To **** this stuff is ridiculous talking about one of my trucks car volume CRAZY

    I am rejecting this response because: I didnt authorize and no one to run my credit for ************************* . Because I was already upset because I had already traded two trucks in and I felt as if **** was already trying to get over on me with my car note, and once again why would I co sign for another car if I came on the January 6 to trade both car in became I didnt want two car in my name anymore more . Please make that make SENSE. While **** and my brother was at the desk trying to get a car my credit was ran and ? jumped up and call **** and my brother name like whats going on **** walk towards me and said that dont know what happened. I showed him my credit was ran 4 times. So he got mad and sad let me go find out. He went to the desk ****** TOLD HIM I THOUGHT YOU SAID SHE WAS GOING TO ** SIGN HE TOLD HIM H*** NAWL. I told  YOU she NOT ** SIGNING FOR NOBODY NO MORE WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT. ****** said DONT worry about it Ill fix it. Now here it is on my credit report. And far as the car payment yall over taxed me and didnt give me no rebates or didnt apply any of the sales rebates that was going on that ? showed ****** who was my salesman. One last thing like I sent the copies of my credit report WHY DID HE RUN MY NAME FOR MY BROTHER ***** DANGERFIED AS WELL. I SAID I WASNT ** SIGNING FOR NO NOBODY PERIOD!!!!! Also I feel that Im a victim of Creditorial.

As stated in our previous response we offered ************************** to return the vehicle on 12/16/22 before we paid off both her trades , she texted me she was keeping the vehicle and both trades were paid off . ************************** verbally authorized the credit.

    My complaint will start with a visit to this service department on Tuesday 12/27/22. First stop is to check in the Jeep 2017 Wrangler. I told him what are my concern with my Jeep so basically, why am there I had 2 concerns: my Jeep leaking oil and a ticking noise coming of the front of the engine. Note: *********** rep said the diagnostic testing will be $179.99 for each concerns. I was appalled of why a consumer would be charge twice for a complete maybe its because I am woman.. I will pay more. So I said let just look at the oil leaking. He said okay and he will note the ticking.I would like the BBB to investigate, why a rep of this desist would speak of such pricing and if he is following dealership pricing - as a consumer I honestly believe thats over pricing and taking advantages of consumers not to mention down right cheating with deceptive motives.Next, after my diagnostic I found that the work needed was work performed on the Jeep prior. 1) the ticking from the engine was worked on 09/04/19- full Camshaft and lifters replaced. And now 12/27/22 I need it again. Do maintenance on my Jeep every 3 months. Engine parts should not go out every 2 years and it seems here 2) next is the oil cooler leaking once again. Maybe the oil cooler can breakdown but again that part it a big solid piece, so again that part going out every 2 years is ridiculous. I feel that its either workmanship or parts are not living up the price of the repairs.I can recall my A/C was not blowing went in the said they fixed it after labor cost and parts. I was back in within 2 months with A/C.. now it the compressor do change compressor with additional labor and parts cost. My question why did you not detect that the compressor was a part of the problem at 1st visit. My point is that this group is careless and just want to add sales $$$numbers and the consumers are the the pons to the profits. My hope is that the BBB can get this group to redo their job on my Jeep Camshaft and lifters at no cost to me. I purchased my Jeep from them and all my repairs were done with them.. even my brake job.. I have to go back within a year for complete they replaced rotors. the possible did not need to be replace. They push the wear and tear with expensive parts pricing parts should last longer.

I will contact the manufacture of Jeep to truly understand the manufacture parts warranty on the Jeep. ************** rattled off manufacture warranty as he speed up the pace of his voice. To that, he is putting accountably on the parts maker fair enough. Nevertheless, Ill talk to Chrysler.

    I brought a car from them around two months ago the passenger car door never locked and the key to the car didn't open the driver door I was told to bring it back in so theses problems can be fix once my arrival back to the dealership they told me they cut the key another key to the door which work but couldn't fix the passenger door someone will be sent out to my house a locksmith to fix this once giving the locksmith number I called and called he stated that my house was to far that I need to call the dealership back to arrange something else I called them they said they will work on it someone will be in touch I had waited a few days and my car was broken into the heat stop working and the transmission light is on now me calling and going back up there I was told I had only 15 warranty on my car and all they could do is a inspection whatever is wrong I will have to pay out of pocket

    On 1/03/23 we responded that **************************** brought her vehicle in and we fixed the issues, vehicle tested and battery replaced.   **************************** replied to the BBB on  01/05/23 that she was rejecting our response . On 01/05/23 **************************** text me about the re occurring mechanical issues , I set her an appointment for Monday 01/09/23 and she was unable to come in and the appointment was re scheduled for Tues 01/10/23 also the appointment was missed . On 01/10/23 I  called Ms. ****************************** to re schedule the appointment  , we gave her the information to set up a tow in to the dealership ( location of the vehicle and key pick up ). As of Friday 01/13/23 I've
    texted and left *************************** a voice mail with no response.

    I went to Sherman Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler, Ram after doing an internet search for a Chrysler 300. I was contacted by ***** the *** Manager that they had the vehicle I was looking for and to come in. I went in knowing my credit score and that it was good enough to obtain credit. I specifically told the finance guy to only run my credit to one institution. I found out after going to the finance stage of the car deal that they ran my credit to two places. This is so unjust. I told the manager at the dealership that I did not tell them to do this and that I told them to only run it at one financial institution. I found out the next day they ran it to three places. Deceitful, despicable and underhanded. This puts me in a bind and if I need to obtain any additional credit it could very well hinder me from doing so. They lied and cared very little about my situation. Before leaving the dealership, the manager lowered my interest rate one additional point after I voiced my displeasure. This is not enough. I need to have those two additional inquiries off my credit since I did not give them permission to do that. I also had a person with me who heard me tell them to run my credit to one place. What a despicable company. My credit is important to me. Obviously, I was told two lies and this is unacceptable. I am writing to you with the hopes that you can help me rectify this situation that should have never occurred.

    I regret doing business with a liar.  I told them to run my credit once and they ran it three times.  I had a friend with me by the name of ********************** phone number ************. She heard my request and the reason they lowered the rate is because I threatened to walk out and not sign the contract.  I had her with me and she can corroborate my version.  

     

    It is sad that a company has to lie to save face..  What a despicable company..  In addition,, they took another Thousand Dollars off the price to get me to complete the transaction.  

     

    Than you BBB for hearing my complaint, and I want everyone to know how shady, and underhanded this company is.  I will be writing a letter to another agency as well.

    the response from the company is inaccurate.  Lies are being told and as I stated before.     I walked into Sherman dodge on Sep28th 2022. When I walked in I was approached by a salesperson named ***** . When he approached me I told I was here to checked out a vehicle and that I had a pre approval from ***************** he had said that they worked with them so I should be okay. Also I asked him whats it true that they had a 500 down on any car that is under $35,000 and if I didnt have money for the 500 or the insurance they would help me . He said yes that is true , so I gave him my information like my paystubs and proof of income . ***** takes my filled out paperwork to the front desk . I am waiting there for atleast 30 mins just for ***** to come back and say all of your paperwork is all good and went to another customer . ***** come back with his manager saying that I might need a bigger down payment of **** 500 more than what was so called advertised . The manager said if I can get atleast 700 he could work with me because I was approved for a smaller vehicle. ***** showed me a vehicle I test drove it and inspected the vehicle . When I came in the manager of the sales department said do u have the $700 or a co-signer or a trade it . I told him we had a car but its not working he told my husband that he could trade it in to lower my down payment . No transaction for the trade in was done . I gave the the $700 for the down payment . Since they helped with the rest of the downpayment of 300 And they let me drive off the lot . 2 days later A sales person named Nicosaid that there was a problem with my paperwork and the financedepartment backed out the deal because whoever they called from my job said it was a temp agency and it is not . They said I had to go back to the dealership to sign some paperwork and sort this out . I got there ***** said can I have your keys want to see how many miles on it and get it serviced they never gave my keys back and said I need a co-signer or some type of proof that my job not. Temp . They will not give me my original

    I got my car "fixed" July 16 one week before my due date for a throttle body and check engine light. The first salesman I worked with was very nice but the communication wasn't the best but nonetheless he was nice. I got my car back the next week and proceeded to drive home, just for the same check engine light and throttle body light to come on two weeks later and me with a newborn. The lady who answers the phone is very rude and told me when I asked for a manager that I would have to schedule an appointment to talk to him, and it didn't work like that there for me to discuss my car. I spoke with the manager ***** and he made me an appointment for the next day where they supposedly re programmed my car to read the throttle body. 5 days later the check engine and throttle body light is back on and I scheduled another appointment for August 17. Fast forward August 16 I let them know the light wasn't showing anymore and the guy on the phone told me not to come in anymore that maybe the car was finally reading the reprogram. Fast forward to August 26 and both the throttle body light, check engine line, and traction light is on and the dealership suggests that I bring it in. Once they diagnose the problem they tell me its going to take 2 weeks to get a new throttle body in because the one in is defective. It's now been over a month and the part is still on back order, no loaners available, and according to the escalation manager ******* they don't do rental reimbursements because my car is too old. (2013 dodge journey) I have a 2 month old newborn that has been forced to have to go into ubers with me for the last month, just to drop off my 5 year old daughter and for me to go to work. I just want to know when my car is going to be ready, where this part is coming from, why there is no loaners available, and basically what they are doing to get me driving again. It's getting colder in ******* and I cant risk my kids health anymore. I am frustrated, and disappointed!

    *************** vehicle has been in the service department at Sherman Dodge . The vehicle was diagnosed with failure of throttle body.

    The 2013 Dodge Journey has approximately ******* miles **** part has been replaced again under the Chrysler part warranty, from a 

    previous repair covered under the Chrysler part warranty at no charge to the customer. The vehicle now shows a failure of the power control

    module, the cost of the repair is $1300.00 plus tax ( not covered under any warranty ). The work was declined by **************** on 10/3/22

    and the vehicle was picked up on 10/3/22. Since the vehicle is picked up and the work declined we would appreciate the complaint being 

    closed .
