    On September 1, 2022, my employer received a voice mail from VeriFacts requesting personal information about me and my employment. I want my name and contact information removed immediately from this company and do not want they to contact me or anyone else about me or my personal information.

    This company (VeriFacts LLC) is requesting personal employment status and employee information on me via email. Stating that they have previously verified employment and need to reconfirm information. VeriFacts LLC has acquired my personal information like SSN#, DOB, prior last name and employment information without my authorization, in both the previous and current request. I would like any further communication with VeriFacts LLC, myself and any other company that has or has not retained VeriFacts LLC for my information to cease and desist immediately. Also, any and all of my personal information is to be deleted/withdrawn from all of their systems immediately and not be shared with anyone or any company.

    Verifacts called my work without solicitation and confirmed my employment there for a third party . I never authorized this and they were equipped w my name dob and social . I was under the guise they were from a bank so I answered the questions but then found out thru my phone records what they really were. I want all phone calls to cease and desist . I also dont want my information shared with anyone without my written prior permission

    My employer contacted me today to let me know that VeriFacts has send them a letter to confirm my employment with them. Not only that, but requesting my personal information.This is very disconcerting and I would like to know what triggered VeriFacts to contact them.I upload part of the document they received.

    On 7/18/2022 Veri Facts LLC contacted my employer requesting employment verification. I did not authorize this request, nor do I authorize my personal information to be shared. I would like any further communication with the above mentioned parties to cease immediately, as it is inappropriate and potentially harmful to myself and/or my employer.

    Verifacts called me at my place if employment and asked a coworker for the last 4 didgits of my social security. Then asked to talk to me about my address and employment. I declined and hung up.

    Verifacts LLC reached out to my company on 7/14/22 asking for employment status and actually got me on the phone. They had all my personal information like DOB and SS# and Work information and personal. I never authorized them to do this and want them to cease and desist asking for personal information immediately and not be able to share with anyone. I asked them what permissible purpose they were asking me for my employment information under the **** and they could not answer the question. I said that it was illegal. I spoke with ****** who called me from ************. she proceeded to tell me she was giving the information to *********************** at ***************** at ************. I never authorized this and told her this. I am reporting them and I want a cease and desist asking for my personal information to be deleted.withdrawn from any and all of their systems immediately and not be able to share with anyone or any company. And if it it already has that that company *********************** at ***************** at ************ also be reported for obtaining unauthorized information under the ****. Thank you so much for your help with this matter. ***************************** I was not sure what resolution to select below. I would like all my personal and business information removed from both companies as it was unauthorized and neither company to contact my place of business agarin.
