I am asking for Verifacts, LLC to cease and desist all contact with me or any present or past employers immediately and to delete/destroy any personal information collected about me without my express written consent or authorization.     I am writing to formally file a complaint against Verifacts for ongoing and unwarranted harassment directed at my former and current employers. Despite multiple requests for these communications to cease, Verifacts has continued to contact both companies, causing undue stress and disruption to my professional relationships and the business operations of my employers.Under California law, persistent, unsolicited contact of this nature can be classified as harassment, particularly when it interferes with the operations of a business or causes emotional distress. The frequency and nature of these interactions have reached a point where they are no longer just an inconvenience, but a form of harassment that I can no longer tolerate.I am requesting that the Better Business Bureau assist in addressing this matter by ensuring that Verifacts immediately ceases all communication with my former and current employers. I further request that if Verifacts needs to reach me for any reason, they should contact me directly via my phone number, clearly identifying themselves and explaining their purpose and who they are working for.Please understand that if these unauthorized communications continue, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action, including filing complaints with the appropriate authorities and seeking remedies for the harassment.I appreciate your prompt attention to this serious issue and look forward to confirmation that this matter will be handled appropriately.

    This company contacted me for some unknown reason at my place of work. They called our general customer service number at ************. The caller identified herself as *****. Our calls are 100% recorded. This created a disruption at work. I do not take any personal calls at work and I dont accept unknown callers on my personal cell. They should have either communicated via US mail to my home address or via personal email. I do not want this company Verifacts contacting me again for any reason.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    Their reply does nothing to address the fact that they contacted me at my place of employment. They side step that completely and state their justification that its on behalf of someone *** done business with before. There is no authority nor permission to contact me at my place of work for any reason. Not would I provide my information to any company calling that I did not already have access to relationship with. Their actions represent a form of manipulation to ancquire personal information through deceptive practices. As I stated in my complaint. I do not want this company contacting me ever.
