      I have had issues with one branch at the iaai auction house, i have documented this and sent in multiple complaints. As a result of this the have banned me from bidding or selling with them. I was told this was as a result of what a former employee stated i did months ago, it only now is an issue.

      My vehicle was being held at this facility due to me being in a horrible car accident. When I went to go retrieve my items from out of the car some of my items were missing. When I went inside the office supervisor ,*****, cut me off while speaking and said Anyways we dont work for you we work for State Farm. I stated to her that Im still a customer and she should speak to me as such. As I was trying to explain how items were missing which she did admit that someone has been in my car to vacuum it out. Some items were placed in a bag while many others were stolen. I already took a huge loss and for a company to not even look into the situation is frustrating. I also was Informed by others on lot that that is just how they operate finders keepers. Some may not cat about the small items missing but I do. Especially when the management acts as if its my fault.

      I had bought a 2019 ******** gle 43 from IAAI on November 16, 2022. I paid a total $56,792. Apart from the ridiculous fees and terrible customer service . *********************** stated in the advert for this auction that the car had keys. I received the car on December 3rd, 2022 without any keys to the car. I spoke with an IAAI customer service rep and they had stated that someone stole the keys from the lot. They refused to help me any further. I would never buy this car without the key, either the advert was false-advertising or they knowingly sold a car without a key thinking they can get away with it. I want my money back and I will never give them my business again. I wouldnt recommend anyone to use this business until they start acting like a business.

      I am rejecting this response because: :it is still unresolved. Furthermore, The towing company provided photos to me of the car being picked up without keys, and the car being forklifted onto the tow truck. These were provided after i received the car. I am currently paying daily fees keeping the car in storage due to the fact that I dont know who has the keys, I am worried the car will get stolen. If I knew that the car was missing a key and would be forklifted onto a tow truck I would of never in a million years paid $56,792. please issue a refund and schedule a time to pick up the car and i also need to be reimbursed the shipping fees of $650 which i paid.

      After speaking with the branch manager about this issue he stated the following:

      We had the keys secured in the vehicle and do not remove the keys so this vehicle would have been loaded with the keys. We use a strong cable which is very difficult to cut. I spoke to the buyer and asked him to question his transporter because transporters will remove keys from vehicle for security purposes while in transit.

      Our auction rules also state that any statement that any vehicle has a particular part, including but not limited to keys present,means that a particular part was noted upon arrival at IAAs facility, but is not a representation or warranty that such part will be present at any time thereafter. IAA is not responsible for missing parts. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect and confirm the noted parts are present prior to placing bid.

      You can speak with that branch about reselling the vehicle, wanting to return the vehicle or working together to acquire another key which he may be willing to do additionally for you.

Also whenever I call the branch they avoid me and dont help me .       I purchased a car from the auction that had a clear title on 4/1/2022. I paid all the fees that they ask for to transfer title into our name and license the car after repeated attempts no body can seem to find the paperwork and the title is back in the previous owners name. at one point it was in ******* ********** and showed me as the registered owner and was then transferred back into the previous owners name. we are asking to get the paperwork and get the car transferred into our name

      I took 2 of my cars to be sold and I put the prices on the consignment forms but they were listed as inoperable which ths 2007 was a run an drive and the *** would start and not run,I addressed it but was fixed,they sold the *** for $1075 almost half of the price I had asked for.I asked for the ***** not to be sold since they offer was $550 and I wanted $2200 and learned that they sold it,I have tried to call and speak to *****'s manager and no one is willing to help,I got the number for corporate but they keep me on hold for hours.I can't just give away my cars and no one seems to care,they won't be answer the auction phone for nothing.I just need my cars back like I'd requested ***** as attached on the attached texts before selling or get the money I asked for

      ON 11/15/22 I BOUGHT A 2022 *** ACADIA FROM SLAVAGE BID THAT WAS AT IAAI ****** ** LOT I BOUGHT THE *** WITH FLOOD DAMAGE AND REAR DAMAGE THE *** WAS AT THE ****** ** LOC SINCE 4/19/22 OR BEFORE. WE PICKED IT UP ON 11/21/22 DURING THE **** FRAME FROM APRIL AND THE **** WE PICKED IT UP IT GOT **** DAMAGED IVE GOT **** REPORTS FROM WEATHER REPORTING ON THE INTERNET STATING THAT THERE WAS **** IN THE SUMMER OF 2022 THE *** WAS BRAND NEW W LESS THEN 4K MILE BEFORE THE FLOOD DAMAGE OCURRED SO WHILE IT WAS IAAI LOT THE SUMMER OF 2022 THE **** DAMGE OCURRED .       Complaint: ********. The car was bought though ***********.  And they also have a complaint I againist them also t was lot number ********. Vin number  *****************. And car was at your  soiuxfall ** loc ********* i location  t was there though the whole summer a nd I have reports thur the internet  that would support there was hail in th w lennox area  in the summer of 2022. The car was made in the later part or 2021 and was rented to the person  at a gmc dealer on the first part pf April 2022 it was pretty much a newcar the gmc dealer  wouldn't of rentedi it had hail damage so hail damage it had occuredwhile it was your loc in sd the loc should inspect  vec after such weather related  accurance happens  I know it would be labor  intensive  but it the only fair thing to do I can get a estimate  for the damage if necessary

      with the hail was done while your lot in ****** **. So who has the insurance while damage was done while at you lot ???? I also read at one of loc. 13 cars burned due a fire on one the thecars while at one of your lots so who would pay for all that damage  same thing as the hail. Not a happy camper every one is passing the buck typ big business s******* the little guy w a bunch of legal  disclaimers

      My car was taken to IAA per the request of my insurance company(Progressive) so that some paint and windshield damage could be reviewed. My daughter came to pick up my car and ever since I got it there has been rattling or squeaking sounds.It's running hard and my key fob is cracked and has damages to it and my doors will no longer open with the fob and my trunk will not open from the door panel. It was smelly and my gas tank was on empty. The car had to be washed several times to get the dirt and writing off of the windows.All which was not an issue before IAA received my car. The panel had just been replaced and the key fob is fairly new. Also my daughter later to me to never take my car back because they dropped the car in front of her right off of the forklift. I and my insurance have called to discuss the issues and we are both getting the runaround. I have left several messages for **** per the insurance and he is always away from the office or on the phone when I call. After leaving several messages without even a call back. I have decided to take matter a different way. I believe your company is responsible for the damages to my car as it was recently in the show and was running quietly and everything was functioning perfectly. I would like to speak to someone to see what can be done to rectify these issues. I can also provide photos of the key fob damage

      I have reached out to the branch manager who also reached back out to Progressive Insurance company. The branch manager sent you an email stating the following after his research and speaking to Progressive Insurance stating: 

      Hello ********,

      I have researched the issue below.  I do not see how IAA could have caused damage to door locks or truck access buttons.  The metal key strap is standard procedure and can easily be removed by any wire cutters or clippers.   Our photos show the windows were rolled up when the vehicle was towed in, so I am also not certain of the claims of the vehicle smelling now.

      Respectfully, I have to decline the claim that IAA caused additional damage to this vehicle.  If you have any additional information, or I am missing something, please reach out to discuss.

      I bought a vehicle at iaai in the ***** branch online and the information said run and drive and the airbags wore intact and when i received the vehicle in ********* **. And check the vehicle the seat belts and airbags were blown but cover up and they put some resistance in the wiring so it didn't show in the dashboard. And the transmission body is broken so is impossible that can be drive they also cover up the front end with a radiator and parts that are not from the vehicle to make it look complete and ask for more money the stock #of the vehicle is 000-34788394

      On 11/22/2022 I was a first time bidder of a 2008 nice ******* Navigator at Phoenix Branch. $1500 was suppose to be my max **** Auction started and i noticed a suspicious SHILL bidder jumping high each time I bid, I won the bid at $2200 with fee's its about $3100. I live 120 miles from ******* in ****** so i could not go there to pre-view this truck. also I heard they were closed most of time for viewing due to no parking. The flawless nice body and clean black leather seats pictures of truck looked suspicious as well of sound video of it running for 10 seconds didn't sound like a 5.4 triton ***** so after the fact I started my own investigation and found info through VIN checks and the previous dealer that sold it. Its been in a lawsuit in 2019 where the owner owed $9000 and skipped payments. also it was a volunteer repo. and failed ***************************************************************************** the picture without a single scratch. So on 11/25/2022 I demanded the current video and current pictures and they refused. then they agreed to send ONLY a picture of keys on seat and under truck showing the *** converters are there. So I asked why not take pictures of the 4 sides of body if nothing to hide? they refused. Unbelievable. this needs to be a felony and criminal. this means they have a FAKE LISTING and or PHOTO SHOPPED pictures. it takes *************************************************************** phone. BUSTED! its not really a RUN and DRIVE car and title is dirty with a duplicate out there somewhere. Engine most likely has the notorious **** failed PHASERS and TIMING CHAINS which i can live with just DONT LIE ABOUT IT. and post a STAGED FAKE PHOTO and FAKE RUNNING VIDEO. when i asked for a new video of them cranking it up live. they REFUSED. They have will not waive the renege fee even though THEY LIED!!

      I am rejecting this response because: I believe the company should offer courtesy Pictures when requested like in my case. or videos. it only takes 1 to 3 minutes of your time. simply go out to vehicle start it and *********** lot. if not possible to drive it. simply start it and SHOW THAT THE VEHICLE DOES RUN AND START. So i know its not a FAKE RUNNING/STARTING VIDEO in the Listing. you declined which is a huge RED FLAG. i suspected a FAKE RUNNING video and a SOUND OVER cut and paste from another car. Was not a Triton 5.4L engine sound. Also show pictures of the CURRENT day i won the auction SO I KNEW its not SMASHED or WRECHED OR PARTS PULLED. You declined. but instead sent 3 pictures . 1 under truck, keys and back window sticker. if you did all that why not send 4 pictures of all 4 corners of body? Because its obvious this is not the REAL TRUCK as described. This is called STAGE VEHICLES. which is illegal.  Also list the bidders publicly on auction day. not doing so is SHILL BIDDING. why did the bidding stop at $2200 for this nice looking truck with my highest bid? and was jumping up high very crazy? $1500 was really my max ********** another red flag IF i don't want the truck after i won simply Sell it ASAP to the Next highest bidder at $2150 $2100 and so on. Which you could not because of a SHILL BIDDER!!!! Which is a FELONY!! So i have you for SHILL BIDDING, STAGING FAKE PICTURE, FAKE VIDEO AND AUDIO. and no proof thats it not a duplicate title from the loan finance company. I learned it was a lawsuit over this car in 2019 for $9000 balance owed and it looks like they gave up the title. and got a new one. then it had its last emissions in 2020 but not 2022.  the states sometimes on rare occasions can cancel a TITLE if there are two titles floating out there. even after issuing a title and registration.
