      I favor this auction over ****** because they do things differently. With that being said, I am very disappointed with how they operate this business with favorable options for different time zones I believe. There were vehicles I was very close to the reserve on and did not receive a counter offer. I don't credit that completely to IAA fully, even though it may be something that they could work on. What disturbs me even further is that when my area, in *******************, I am forced to wait until after 3:30 in the morning for an auction update for a "Buy It Now" vehicle. It's been like this since I've been on their platform for over 5 years and I thought that was just how it was until I started learning a pattern on vehicles that were sold when I was not given the option to buy them due to the statusof the vehicle not yet updated. I've missed many opportunities this way and IAA really needs to update their structure so buying is fair for everyone. I tried calling the corporate number after being on hold for over an hour, I get two different people who did not help or provide answers to the situation. I was placed on hold and hung up on and did not want to waste any more of my day trying to get someone to listen to a serious concern that affects my business. I have even thought about seeking legal counsel and reaching out to the ********************** that regulates these licensing. It is not a fair practice when other buyers are not given the option to purchase vehicles after midnight when it's supposed to be released for everyone. I have dealt with the delay of an hour (8.:30am, which 9:30am my time) with auction starting because of the time zone difference, why can't it be the same for the buyers who look for the vehicles to purchase when it's released in batches soposedly at midnight? My buyer number is ******. I have started collecting evidence to support my claim and I would like to have answers and a solution to this problem. Thank you

      i bought a car from IAA **********, described as Start and drive, payed 3600 $. i received car with totally damaged engine. they are corrupted and cooperate with layers, i need help! ******* this car costs nothing

      The ***** location had me make an appointment to pick up items in my vehicle. When I arrived the items had been placed in garbage sacks. Many items including money, sunglasses, cellphone chargers, down filled jacket and car battery.

      I highly recommend all customers to stay away from this company. They are running a "***** We agreed on the price to pick up my car. The driver showed up with no check. I called numerous times to determine the root cause for this substandard customer service. Their agents hung up on me three times after I waited 30 minutes each time. The dispatcher, *****, was very unprofessional and incompetent. All stakeholders should be held accountable, the owners, the managers, and staff should not be allowed to run a "***** on their customers without accountability safeguards in place. "STOP THE *****

      If I could give no stars I would. My car was sent here after a accident. They stole a watch, some cologne and a bunch of change from my car. Damaged it in the process of delivering it by breaking and scraping the paint of my front bumper that had no damage. All they will do is pay for a front bumper no paint even though they damaged it. Very unprofessional and incompetent people that can't properly do their job. He acknowledged that they have a issue with people stealing but won't do anything to recover my stolen property.

      Hot garbage company we were forced to use with *********. I will be complaining to statefarm as well to have them pick literally anyone ******** a call 15 minutes before pick up on the wrong day, the day we specifically said would not work. We had scheduled for a different day SPECIFICALLY. We finally got them to show up today instead. And they don't give ANY warning, despite being told we would get at least 15 mins of warning today (even though it was initially agreed we'd have an hour before having to complain to them they got the day wrong). Their tow guy INSISTED on parking in the bicycle lane which is a hazard to both us AND bicyclists rather than going in the alleyway where we had agreed to meet initially. Could have gone to one of the adjacent streets that had much less traffic, but dude insisted on parking like a inconsiderate jerk instead.

      IAAI sells salvage vehicles as clean titles . They did this to me on 2 different occasions with 2 different vehicles. In conjunction with partner SCA auctions, IAAI is misrepresenting salvage vehicle cars as clean. Coincidentally, the auction sale date is the same as the salvage/total loss date for both vehicles. DMV code enforcement will be notified immediately

      Thank you for your email. As outlined in IAA's auction rules, which are agreed upon when opening an account, buyers acknowledge that vehicles sold with a clear title may have a salvage history.
      While a buyer may purchase a vehicle with a clear title in one state, they may be required to sell it under a salvage title in another state. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
      After reviewing our records, it appears that this vehicle was not purchased directly from IAA. For further inquiries, please contact SCA Auctions instead of IAA directly.

      Very poor example of an iaa.This place needs some serious change.First off,I was greeted by a very rude lady, where I was then charged $20 extra for title processing(is this not what buyers fees are for?),and then I am asked for my DOT transporter # (Im a licensed vehicle dealer,I do not have a dot #)So after going around in circles for 10 minutes,she then brings the manager in on it.50 minutes later,we get everything sorted out inside,so I then go outside to load my vehicle up.While I am strapping this car down,I turn around to the new security guard standing behind **** ask him what he was doing,and he then goes on to provoke a verbal fight with me.He then ask me where I am from,and then proceeds to tell me that he is from the *****,and that he doesnt do things my way.He also told me that he was homies with pistol **** trying to scare me.(I have all of this recorded,and this has been sent to the manager of this branch.) So after I finally get him away from me,he then tells me to use my gun if Im going to pull it on him.(I didnt even have a gun on me).So I finally got everything strapped in and ready to go,when he is standing in the parking lot at the front door flipping me off and calling me racial slurs.

      We are a dealership we bought a car on 09-27-2024 2016 Chrysler 200 The car on the app said run & drive I get the car front of the office no power I went back to the office ask for jump box or jump cable the 3 girls on the office said one time We dont have jump box Someone coming pick up the car I asked him for jump 2nd problem the car out of gas I called my friend get me jump box and gas and waiting outside I saw someone bought a ****** Corolla she went to the office And then one of the 3 girls comes out with jump box I went to her gentle asked her why you guys telling me you dont have jump box she starting yelling at me Anyway we canceled our membership
