      Horrible repair shop, DO NOT GO HERE. We brought both of our cars in over 4 months ago for hail damage repair. When we were scheduling the repairs, the shop promised us the repairs for both cars would take ***** days MAXIMUM. It took over 2 months to get our cars back. Each time we inquired about the status of our cars, we were met with a generic response and told the cars "should" be done by the end of the week. This happened four weeks in a row. After finally asking for the reason for the delay, we were told one of the reasons for the delay was due to the shop misplacing the hood of one of our cars. How a car repair shop can lose an entire hood of a car is reflective of the poor management of this place. While I understand delays in repairs happen, it is completely unacceptable for a business to provide such a false timeline for repair. Especially given how we were promised the repairs would take only ***** days on multiple occasions, by multiple different employees. When this was brought up on the numerous follow-*** regarding the status of the cars, the employees we spoke to often pretended they did not provide us this timeline (they did) or pretended like they were unaware of our situation (they were aware). If they weren't making generic excuses, they were blaming employees that were no longer with the shop for the delay. This is extremely unprofessional and presents a terrible image for your customers. I will never use this place again and will warn everyone I know to stay away. This business is disorganized and dishonest. I cant stress how horrible they are. There are better, local repair shops you should take your vehicles to.

      They will not even SPEAK to you unless you are using insurance. If you want to pay private - they will not even talk with you. Terrible customer service.

      Even though they were a shop referred by GEICO Insurance the service in total was not good. The supervisor was a dry guy, not even having a smile. Over the phone he was so fake that pressured myself to deal with my insurance because he could no longer have my car in the shop for days.. seemed he was so stressed and pressured by the amount of work he had in hand at his shop. Had a chat with him.on the phone regarding some loose parts and was so negative that they had nothing to do with it when that was fixed by them instead of letting me know to bring it in any day.. on the roof of my ****** also spray paint was felt just like and paper.. a loose part in the back came off so I had to tape it my self and save time to not take it back just for that because of his attitude towards clients.. Also a notice was given to me about a survey that i was going to get by text and never got it.. hmm! Just a heads up and I would recommend to choose other Crash Champion businesses instead of that one in ***********.

      I was referred here by my insurance company (I now recommend NOT using the body shop your insurance company sends you to!). Things went well at first, but after my car was returned to me as "repaired" I noticed that the trailer hitch was no longer level. I went back and was treated as if insane. FINALLY, they give it a serious look and confirm there is a 20-deg drop, so they say it must be the brand new ****** trailer hitch and order another one. I go back again for the new one to be installed, only to be told it's still a 20-deg drop. They then say ****** is sending them faulty parts. At this point I (not a body mechanic) state the obvious - If two brand new trailer hitches are both at a 20-deg drop, wouldn't it make more sense that there is something wrong with the frame it attaches to?!?! Again, I get a condescending look and am assured the frame is fine. Next, they arrange to send me to a ****** dealership where I am told the ****** technicians will install a known good trailer hitch. That place kept my car for 3.5 days, and I had to make multiple calls to get any update. They, in fact, did NOT install a new hitch, simply stated that the hitch was fine and asked if I wanted them to install some washers to make it level. ??? Champions next told my insurance adjustor that the issue must be with my bike rack (the one that attaches to the hitch, which made me aware of this issue). So after confirming the trailer hitch is at a 20-deg drop, they decide the issue is my bike rack?!?! ***? I go to another body shop for a 2nd opinion, and within 10 minutes they find a dent in the frame where the trailer hitch attaches to it. So I (someone with NO BODY EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE), via common sense problem solving, had properly figured out what the issue must be, and was dismissed. It took another professional less than 10 minutes to find the issue. What a colossal waste of my time and energy. Avoid these folks. There is a reason they don't have a google review site.

      I took my car there 5 times to fix a miss alignment with my hood on the last time Thay put parts on loosely so Thay would fit the hood when it closed truly horrible experience I lost lots of time and now my patience would not recommend them to fix a dented pop can

      I Just Gave Crash Championship A 5 Star Review . Latest Up Date On Crash Championship , Repairing My Camaro . I Thought ******** Was A Woman Of Her Word Turns Out I Was Wrong. I Talked To Her , About Up Grading My Front Bumper On My Camaro . Said She Would Check With Her Vendor, And Get Back With Me Never Did . Just Blew Me Off Never Returned My Calls Or Emailed Me. Turns Out She A Big LIAR . Will Gladly Take My Business Elsewhere.

      When I got home I notice my car was making a noise, when I looked under my car not only was the engine splash shield not replaced, they still had the broken pieces attached to my car!! Now battery doesnt keep a charge and I have to constantly jump it, the parts they replaced are coming loose, and now I gotta figure out how to bring my car back to get REPAIRED AGAIN!! One star only for customer service!

      We previously used this shop when it was called Service King. The work quality and customer service were excellent. However, since they were bought by Crash Champions, the honoring of their work and quality of work have diminished to the point that I will never do business with them again. In August 2023, we had a rear-end collision that, among other damage, smashed the rear window. After the repair, we discovered an aberration in the glass, and the rear wiper was improperly mounted. We brought the car back that week, and the technician acknowledged the defect and promised to order a new windshield and repair the wiper after installing new glass. After months of calls where we were told the glass was on back order, we were asked to bring the car back twice to confirm the fault. I was informed the original technician was no longer employed, and they had no record of an order for new glass. They claimed my insurance would need to authorize a replacement and pay for the glass and work. They would not honor their product or their employee's original assessment. I believe Service King installed a defective glass and should replace it. My insurance paid them for the work to be done correctly; it's not, and I don't think they should expect a customer or their insurance to pay for a second piece of glass. Finally, customer service. All communication was one-way: me to them. Despite my requests and frequent promises that a manager would call me, I never received a follow-up call.       I was receiving texts daily from Crash Champions on the status of my repairs. This morning, State Farm informed me that my car was a total loss. Confused, I informed the State Farm rep that my car has been in the shop almost a week and the texts I received from Crash Champions stated that repairs are almost complete. I called Crash Champions and spoke to **** who was my estimator, who called me originally and told me that the estimate was complete, State Farm approved it and the repairs would be started. When I told him what State Farm said, his response was, oh yea, they called last week and put a hold on the repairs. I asked why I was receiving daily text messages from Crash Champions stating that my car was almost done and I should be able to pick it up on Friday, March 8th. **** responded, oh thats just the automated system. So false information was being sent to me every day? No one at Crash Champions could have stopped those messages? Why didn't they call me and tell me the repairs were on hold? **** nor anyone at Crash Champions took responsibility for this mess and their lack of communication. When I went to get my belongings out of my car, an employee at the front desk gave me an insincere oh sorry after I explained what happened. Bad business and bad management. Management and employees there need a class in communication when operating a business. I will never go to them again nor will my family, friends, and anyone else I have shared this experience with.

      As Service King in **********, *****, it was a great company. They would call me every few months to see how I was doing and went as far to fix my dogs wheelchair. Crash Champions purchased Service King and the customer service went from a 10 to a 0. When I brought up that former employees that I had stayed in touch with told me of the detrimental working conditions I was boldly called a liar. Because they could not get a response nor collect from the other party's insurance company they said it was my responsibility. Wrong answer and your problem does not make it my problem. Then the receptionist, "*******", who as far as I know, has no legal background called me and said if I did not pay them they would repo my vehicle. I spoke to several people trying to resolve this. I finally hand delivered a letter stating that all communication, including threats of repossession, would cease and desist. If they wanted to go that route they needed to take me to court and file a mechanics lien. Then they sent a person to my home who trespassed onto and driving to the back of my property. I'm guessing she did not expect me there. When I asked her what she wanted she said she was there to pick up a package but could not or would not give me a name or further information. I informed her to leave. There are far to many other nearby collision centers to do business with. Yours will not be one of them.
