      CRASH CHAMPIONS EAST COLONIAL Since July 16th when I left my truck until today September 25th I still can't get them to finish the work on my vehicle. I had to accept a front grille that is not the original one on my truck because according to the people at Crash Champion ******* they say they can't get the original and now the one they installed is peeling off the paint, the rear view mirrors don't bend like they did before the accident. They always have excuses, they don't answer calls or text messages, I also have the contact number for ********, the shop manager, and he doesn't answer either. This has been a nightmare, knowing that my insurance company ***** already paid them on time and they don't care in the least. It's a shame to have had to have my truck repaired with them. They are the worst body shop I know.CRASH CHAMPIONS EAST COLONIAL desde el dia 16 de ***** que dej mi camioneta hasta hoy 25 de septiembre todavia no consigo que terminen el trabajo en mi vehiculo. tuve que aceptar un front grille que no es el original de mi camioneta porque segun la gente de crash champion el ******* dice que no pueden conseguir la original y ahora la que instalaron se le esta pelando la pintura, los espejos retrovisores no doblan como lo hacian antes del accidente. siempre estan con excusas, no contestan las llamadas ni los mensajes de texto, tengo tambien el numero de contacto de ******** gerente del shop y tampoco contesta. esto a sido una pesadilla, sabiendo que mi aseguradora Geico ya les hizo el pago oportunamente y no les Importa en lo mas minimo. una desgracia ***** tenido que hacer reparar mi camioneta con ellos. son el peor body shop que conozco.

      If I could give zero stars I would! This is on behalf of my mother who crunched the side of her car. Farmers insurance (don't get me started on how I feel about them) gave her no choice but to go here. And they also advised her to not leave your car there until the part is in. Crash champions would not let her take her car they said they have to have the car until the part comes in (ok that's not suspicious?) they've had her car a couple of weeks and told her it will be at least 39 days for it to be fixed. Her insurance will not pay for a rental that long so now she is without a vehicle. They apparently have the part in and said it will be 3 weeks until its ready?!?! Now is that possible?! This is unacceptable and based off of other reviews she's not the first one this has happened to! This company needs to be held accountable! This is not how you treat customers and do business.

      I had work completed by Crash Champions ****************** ** Nov/Dec of 2022 on my 2016 Kia ****** SX referred by *********. Rear bumper was replaced and a couple of parts replaced. The paint job was not performed by an experienced person. After doing some researching, the paint was contaminated and poorly sprayed. It had formed bubbles which I have craters, the edges that meets the body does not blend meaning it has blistering. There's a part where the trunk covers a part of the bumper is chipping. Just recently, the parking sensors popped out. I took it back to the ******** location & was told they are suppose to pop out easily by the Shop Manager. It's a safety feature, NO THEY AREN'T SUPPOSE TO. I took pictures of the inner *************** mount, there is no signs of adhesive. When originally taking car back for paint complaint, I was told the craters are rock chips. Rock chips are not circular. That was told to me by an *** associate. Both the ********** Manager said they will fix paint by sanding it down & buffing it. You can't do that to contaminated paint work. The clear coat is dull too. They refused to redo the paint work. Both talk to me like I'm a stupid female. I had my front bumper replaced & have not had an issue despite the color doesn't really match at an non Crash Champions location. The front bumper still shines like the rest of the vehicle. Whatever you do, if your insurance co suggest this place, DON'T DO IT! If you love your car as much as I do, stay away!

      This is the Complaint regarding Substandard estimate (****** ************** )and front bumper installation for my ***** Fit 2018, leaded to the bumper connection to the fender fastener failed on the road and bumper fall down. Year2022-24. No more colliding with any objects, just tear and wear. This incident did not lead to the crash, so Crash Champion (Laguna hills) estimator denied the complaint saying that it is not Crash champion but the owner's responsibility. The FIRST bumper replacement followed up cost me over $1300. Then the same history repeated and another$1300. No more colliding with any objects, just tears and wear. Now, August 30th 2024 this wish loop has recurred again- bumper got DE-touched, bumper tabs from the passenger site got broken, and I am facing 3rd bumper and installation charges.

      This place is a complete joke!!! Hit a deer and our insurance sent us to the they said no problem we will need a couple weeks and would be done according to **** the manager. This guy is a complete **** and won't answer any calls. The lady at the desk is a complete * and rude as can be yelled at us every time we call to see what was going on with the car. **** says he will call back but never does. After a job we were told would only be 2 weeks maybe 3 went into almost 3 months. Always told waiting on parts. We finally get our car and our rim on the brand new car ****ed up and gouged. They say it was there we have pics from our insurance showing no **** and they say it was there complete BS. DON'T EVER USE THIS HACK SHOP!!! The day we picked up the inside and out had sanding dust all over it!!

      *************************************** The estimate given to me on Aug 15 was $3700.31, and when I decided not to do it in their shop, today they sent a new estimate to my insurance with a new estimate of $3284. When I called this repair shop, he said that he could change the price to $3700.31 if I do the repair in their shop. I called my insurance, and they said they could not do anything about it. I would not recommend this repair shop and the Crash Champions Company to anyone else. Very very disappointed and unprofessional.

      SCAMMERS OVERCHARGING INSURANCE COMPANIES & CAUSING TOTAL LOSS! Here's how it worked in my situation. There was a bad hailstorm in ********** in June, 2023. I tried to work out a deal w/ my insurance, but ended up taking the car to their preferred place which was Crash Champions in *****************. They did a bid for approx. $9900 and mailed me a check I could give to **. I tried to get the car in for that estimate in September, then was not getting called back for when to take it in. Long story but the ** employee changed shops and did not schedule me. They told me soonest I could get in was April! 1st red flag. Then I was going to go somewhere else, but decided to give the ** shop in the springs a try. The mgr seemed nice and I FINALLY got the car into E ****** location in C Spgs. Then I'm hearing 23 days blah blah THEN AM TOLD THEY ARE SUBMITTING A SUPPLEMENT to my insurance. I said please no just fix what's in YOUR COMPANYS ESTIMATE. I had inquired about my $1000 deductible and ** said, No one does that or if they do blah blah Well check out the Quality Connections publication for Pueblo and you will see there IS A HIGHLY RATED COLLISION PLACE THAT WAIVES DEDUCTIBLES! I hope st least 1 person sees this before going to **, Anyway I called ** and asked what the holdup was. They said my insurance hadn't responded. I decided to go pull my perfect, never a mechanical problem in 2.5 years 2017 ***** NX 200t out and was told it was being Totaled due to extra damage BEWARE. The days of some companies standing behind their estimates is OVER! And how does this serve **?! Now they get nothing cuz they were greedy?! This is the LAST THING I NEEDED IN THIS ECONOMY. ?? Hoping to keep my car somehow, some way.

      I had my car repaired after a car collided into me. The repair job was nicely done in more time than expected, but not too bad. However, when I got my car back, the antenna was damaged with the cover wedged between the hood and windshield. This damage was not caused in the accident and could have only been caused in their service center. The car was no where else. Crash Champions in ****** refused to take responsibility and wanted to charge me for repair. Beware.. they are not trustworthy.

      Had vehicle repaired under Service King with Lifetime Warranty. Have serious issue with clear coat peeling off etc. now that it's Crash Champions I'm being told they will not honor the Service King warranty.

      The Tigard, Oregon CC is horrible and I'm letting everyone know. I feel like it was misrepresentation and insurance fraud costing insurance more through lack of diligence. They charged me a deductible after horrible conduct and service. BEWARE: go somewhere else. The company unfortunately is untrustworthy and lied to me for weeks. I was passed off, lied to told dates that were changed 5 times. In addition, the last straw was when I showed up after the manager said the car was ready and it was supposedly in wash area and it was going to be 2 hours till I got it. Zero regard for a working professional's time. I had to take the car dirty because I was so tired of the lies and disregard. I will be speaking to my insurance company and others about how their lack of diligence I'm sure is adding to the cost of insurance payouts for all of us. Even when I expressed my disappointment there was no remorse or apology or attempt to make things right they just asked for my money and sent me on my way.
