*********************** provided exceptional customer service throughout my loan process. Ive been a member of INOVA for about 10 years and hes one of the best Ive worked with so far. I called Inova FCU to open a promotional CD and spoke with ***********************. He was so nice, helpful, efficient, and professional. He explained every step of the process in detail, followed up after every phase, and processed my membership, the opening of a member savings account, and ultimately the Certificate in record time. **** made the entire process so easy and fast.
