First of all, since Ive been with INOVA, I have received GREAT ???? service. With every single representative, *** received nothing less than GREAT SERVICE. Im treated with respect and the responses to all my needs. Dont get me wrong. Im not just saying this to butter up to anyone. When it comes to my money business, Im very serious because its my livelihood to me and my family needs. ** just adds to all of this GREAT SERVICE ??!!! I just pray ???? that I dont wake up and find out it was only a dream ??.I have dealt with banks that treated me like a number. Also with other credit unions which I prefer over any bank, are second to INOVA.I thank you all for your professionalism and continued GREAT SERVICE!!!Thank you so very much!!!??INOVA Federal Credit Union

Excellent customer service! ******* was awesome! He helped me and explained the entire process of refinancing my car. He stayed with me throughout the process and even texted me to let me know when to expect e-mails that would need my immediate attention. 5 stars!! Of all the financial institutions I've dealt with over the years I must say Inova has the best employees by far. It is always a pleasure dealing with the staff especially my favorite of all times, *********************** in the Michigan city office, and ********************* a Deposit Specialist. ***** and a co-worker stayed overtime on a Friday night to resolve an issue with my *** that was caused by a system malfunction. I could go on and on but to sum it up Inova really cares about its customers and always goes above and beyond to satisfy them. You won't get this kind of service in a big bank.INOVA Federal Credit Union
