The customer service **** ********************************** handled herself with the upmost professionalism and kindness. She is extremely eager to get her clients approved. Her commitment to her clients is very strong! She did a Wonderful job for me. I am extremely happy.

I have done 2 vehicle loans with this credit union, my loan officer *********************** assisted me with both. He made this whole process simple and understanding both times. I would consider asking for him if you are in the market for a vehicle loan, his knowledge and experience in car sales is a plus. Ask for ***********************INOVA Federal Credit Union

My husband received a letter from Inova Federal credit Union so he decided to see if he could get a lower interest rate which he did and we were very ecstatic. Once we started the application, ********************** was very awesome and accurate with anything that we needed to ask about our application and process so to me that is great. **************** and I will refer them to family, friends and coworkers. .INOVA Federal Credit Union
