      My wife and I are extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service and quality of our 2021 Forest River Cherokee 26DBH VIN: *****************. We purchased our travel trailer from ****** ****** RV in Branchville, NJ in September 2021. We made a local weekend trip in October 2021 followed by a 2 week long trip down to Alabama/Florida in December 2021. During this 2 week long trip that we took with our two dogs, we realized that the AC did not work in our trailer. This put a huge burden on my wife and I, as we were not able to leave our dogs in the trailer to run quick errands while on our trip. Also, during this trip, we realized that the outside driving lights were not working, and this placed another burden on us, as we could not drive our trailer when it became darker. Essentially, we had to add 2 extra days of travel because of this issue. In addition, I found the following issues: Vent for the stove came off while driving on the highway Interior lamps not operating Sliding door wouldn’t stay still Shower wall was falling off Tongue Jack light wasn’t functional After arriving back from our 2 week long trip, we brought the trailer back to ****** for servicing the above mentioned issues in January 2022. In June 2022, we were finally contacted that the replacement AC unit came in and would be replaced. A few days later, a ****** representative contacted me and told me I had left the keys for my travel trailer at the dealership. At this time, I had not picked up the trailer and I replied that I had not picked it up yet. The representative then said that our travel trailer was ready to be picked up and I scheduled to come in that coming Friday, 2 days later. The day after receiving this phone call, I received another phone call from the same representative stating that my travel trailer had been backed up into and sustained damage to the side panel. The damage was greater than expected, and the initial warranty work was still not fully completed.

      We spoke with the dealer they are waiting on metal that is on order to correct lot damage that occurred while the coach was on the dealers lot.
      All warranty work is done.
      I spoke with our parts team, and we are going to get the metal shipped this week.
      I called the retail customer and apologized for the delay. I explained to him that we will be expediting parts.
      When the customer gets his coach back, he is going to reach out to me, and we will the discuss warranty extension options.

      Hi BBB,I purchased a brand new 2022 Forest River Salem FSX travel trailer (VIN# *****************) from ************* in ******, ** on May 4th, 2022. I have moved to *********, ** (suburb of **********) the week after and have been living in the ** for the summer at *********************** (873 *************, *********, ** *****) while doing sole proprietor work for my business. On July 2nd, the AC/DC converter went out (covered under warranty). Without this critical component, I do not have lights, CO/Propane safety alarm, or refrigeration (12V DC) refrigerator. I already did my due diligence to isolate the issue including driving the battery to Interstate Batteries for full testing. I contacted Forest River Salem FSX Warranty after working through 5 different numbers. I didn't receive a call back until the following Wednesday, July 7th after calling again and leaving the same information on 2 different representatives numbers on Tuesday, July 6th. I was told I need to find a Forest River warranty contractor in the area, for which I called all surrounding warranty manufacturers. All mobile service repair companies were not available until August 31/September 1st. All other bring in repair shops could not get me in until September 1st, with the one exception being July 21st (tomorrow) at the request time of July 7th. Without safety monitors or refrigeration, it made the ** simply unlivable. I have been in contact with Forest River back and forth (email thread attached) and they have not been any help and essentially said I am out-of-luck. I have attached their warranty information as well. As of right now, I don't know what to do and I am requesting your help to get my housing for the summer fixed. Forest River has been negligent on upholding their manufacturer warranty and any reasonable repair time.Cheers,*****************************************
