Forest River products are poorly made. Traded our pull behind in for a fifth wheel 2022 model Impression nothing but problems. Solar does not work to keep the 12V fridge on, panels falling off the wall, usb ports do not work on most. Front window leaking water was denied by warranty to replace and it was before the year. We also bought an extended warranty. No one from forest river has returned an email or phone call about the issues on this model. Jacks do not stabilize the back with bunk house, awning broke on 2nd trip out. I would not buy another RV built by this company. A year later and the dealership still cant fix the issues. Every time we take it out something breaks. Even just driving on pavement

I bought a brand new Forest River Impression 5th wheel in August 2022. By April, the front end - inside the bedroom, around the window and under the window shelf had extensive mold growing in a sealed compartment that I was not able to access/clean/ or regulate condensation. It was sealed off. It smelled intense. Due to the fact that I could not access the mold growth, I believe this is a design defect that Forest River does not want to acknowledge. My warranty claims were denied by Forest River. They said the refrigerator was defrosted and left to sit in storage. I NEVER stored my trailer and when I defrosted the fridge it was cleaned and used immediately the same day. My trailer was also under a roof. Forest River created erroneous claims and never spoke with me to clear up the issues.**** had has also crept into several cupboards in the kitchen area - but was minimal damage and could have been easily fixed. The sound bar (radio and speakers) never turned on - since day 1 that I owned the trailer. I was advised by Forest River to take the trailer to my dealer and have them diagnose the problem and that Forest River would then fix the issues under the 1 year warranty. Forest River also denied these claims stating that the solar panel overloaded and fried the sound bar. Does this mean there is no Safety Relay installed? Why didn't it fry other electrical components then? This would be considered a fire hazard. Also, due to the fact that I had the trailer under a roof the entire time, how could the solar panel overload?I have called Forest River 10 times and left 4 messages to no avail. My dealer is trying to work with them. This is my last resort to get the customer service I was 'guaranteed' when I bought the trailer. As far as I'm concerned, Forest River, this is breach of warranty.

Always something someone needs to make it right or buy back this one. Its a waste of money. If you are not going to make something worth the money you are charging for it don't charge so much for it. Brand new camper every time you take it out it goes back in. J-wrap was bent floor was exposed not sure if the camp world looked at it. So could have water damage.Jwrap was not installed correctly. But only fixing one side the other side looks just as bad. The roof trim was never installed but blamed me. The roof has issues. The door frame had and still has issues sticking and not closing or getting stuck. The cabinet below the sink does close unless you bang them together. (****** told camp world because they would probably charge me.The slide doesnt come out anymore. Leading to not being able to get heat or air or being stuck in a small space. Cant even climb to the top bunk. There is a gap on the slide black end pieces. Meaning its pulling away from the camper. I noticed a hole under the slide previously but hey it could be for something not sure what. Fridge issues I am having all these issues before the warranty comes to an end. I hate to see what happens when November comes, and my warranty is gone. Why did I get talked into getting good *** when they dont come out? Waste of money Why buy an extended warranty when you dont honor stuff? The rubber piece for the window keeps coming out, I just keep pushing it in. The locks on the camper **** even with the lube it still doesnt turn. Even in the track where I am supposed to put the gutter trim that I just wasted money buying its filled with caulk. You could tell someone was lazy when they caulked. Im sure there are more issues, but I cant think of them right now. Another camping trip coming up right now my camper is in Camp World. ** told it's **** days to look at it. They need to fully inspect this camper and make sure its in working condition.

My 2019 Evo t2600 HAS such Limited cargo capacity 776 # that I cannot load the trailer to go camping with basic cargo clothes and food without overloading! Now I have axle failure and they will do nothing! They build cheap trailers with bare minimum axles and frames, springs Etc. They also do not have correct information of the of this trailer on the brochure claiming the trailers CCC ****. UVW (DRY WEIGHT)=6447.Labels on trailer states CCC = 776 CARGO ONLY NO WATER! UVW=6523. I'll never buy Forest River again do not recommend go Airstream!

I purchased a 2022 Wildwood Grand Lodge unit in August of 2022. Brand new from the dealership here in *****. I noticed a few deficiencies during our inspection and pointed these out to the dealership. Once we got moved into the camper, we noticed that the shower leaks on the bathroom floor and it leaks under the camper. We notified the dealer about this and they were not of any assistance to **. We contacted Forest River to use the mobile RV mechanic policy. It is now 5/31/2023 and the shower has not been repaired yet. 2 weeks ago, we were sitting inside the camper watching tv and we heard a loud "pop". A few seconds later we heard a crash. We went outside to see, and the gray tank fell out from the bottom of the camper. I again called the dealership with no luck. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get ahold of Forest River and they will not return my calls or emails. We still have outstanding items that have been needing to be repaired since we purchased the camper. This is a horrible product and a horrible company. I completely regret spending my money on this.

On March 22, 2023, I was in search of an ** that would fit my familys needs. I went to Orlandos ** on 485 SR 436 ***********, ** ***** and purchased the 2023 Forest River Aurora 32BDS. I worked with ************************* in financing to by the ** for $42,000 and he told me that for repairs and maintenance to be done at my home that I would need to purchase an extended warranty for $3,000 in order to have all repairs and manufacture defect fixed at my home. Otherwise, I would need to bring the ** to the facility without the extended warranty. At that point I explain to ***** that the ** would be stationed in my backyard and once its there, it would not be able to be moved out. ***** then reassured me that the extended warranty would start immediately and is what I need to buy in addition to the sales price and dealer charges. After having the ** for three weeks, the awning lights stopped working, water leaking from behind the walls in the **, water damage underneath the cabinetry, the walls, and flooring damage that is lifting and possible mold. I called the service department to make them aware of this issue and they refused to come out to fix it. I then spoke to the general manager, *****. Since that incident, nothing has been resolved yet and I caution anyone wanting to buy an ** at this location and their promised service that never happen. If anything should be resolved, I will post a follow up review. I am an extremely unhappy customer waiting for ******* ** and Aurora Forest River Manufacturer to stand behind their quality and warranty.

We bought a Chaparral 5th Wheel and have had **** issues from day one. Bought it a year ago this month and the shop has had it for 6 of the 12 months. We bought a new camper to use not sit in a shop. There should not be issues with a new camper.
