The company will suck you in with a friendly willingness to want to help you at a tough time. Once you are locked in, make them your main financial priority. They will harass you over a couple of days late. They cause me so much stress I will go without my prescriptions or adequate groceries. I will pay my mortgage and phone bill late before I get too many days behind with them. It is not worth it. Last thing at night and the first thing on my mind is my payment when it's due and they make sure to not let you forget. This is the worst feeling I've ever had in my life. Don't make my mistake. Keep peace of mind and a stress free life. Do not I repeat DO NOT make my mistake. It's the worst debt I've ever gotten myself into.OneMain Financial Group, LLC

This is by far the worst lender. The process in itself is lengthy and complicated. I paid the loan in full 1 year early and it has been 75 plus days and the loan is still showing as open.OneMain Financial Group, LLC

Zero stars. I was led to believe that I had “outstanding odds” for a loan, which was quoted “$5000, for a payment of $194 each month”. I scheduled a loan consult for 3:20pm, because I work night shift, and am not able to sleep until after I drive my twins to school, at 9:00. I was sent 4 text messages, 2 emails, and received 2 phone calls and voicemails, AFTER I scheduled the consult, all of which woke me up, only for Kelly to tell me, when I called at 3:20, that they couldn’t offer me a loan, because I’ve owned my vehicle for less than a year, and the balance was too high for me to secure the loan. They knew all of that info before I even called them, but yet continued to try to contact me before my SCHEDULED consult! What a waste of time and sleep!OneMain Financial Group, LLC

For the Lawton, Ok Office If I could give absolutely no stars I would!! My experience here is just as written The Girls (CASEY) that Work in here have absolutely no Customer service experience, there rude Especially if your married and just Your Spouse is getting a Loan! Makes a person feel Like there doing something wrong ! They will not acknowledge a person if there NOT getting a loan Married or not! no Smile on Anyone's Face, RETRAIN AND REHIRE!!!
