For the Lawton, Ok Office If I could give absolutely no stars I would!! My experience here is just as written The Girls (CASEY) that Work in here have absolutely no Customer service experience, there rude Especially if your married and just Your Spouse is getting a Loan! Makes a person feel Like there doing something wrong ! They will not acknowledge a person if there NOT getting a loan Married or not! no Smile on Anyone's Face, RETRAIN AND REHIRE!!!
My God Help These People, This is one of the worst Loan experiences we have had in Lawton,OK, but *** ***** ****** ** ********* IS ABSOLUTELY TOP NOTCH!OneMain Financial Group, LLC

The last time I did business with One Main Financial, one of the representatives gave me a difficult time getting a copy of a lien release. She first said it wasn't there and refused to listen they already gave me a copy and I just needed another one. Then, I went into the office and she gave me two highlighted forms showing me how I didn't need it in the first place but that yes, they found it so I was not crazy after all which is how they made me feel. Then, she said you never needed it, but we gave you one in 2024 and you lost it just like you lost this one. She didn't know that yes, I did put the original away at home and couldn't find it because I had been going to the doctor a lot after being diagnosed with cancer. I didn't like being mistreated in the store after not feeling well and feeling worried. They just could have been nice. I thought that was part of their job no matter what they thought of me. I made a complaint to corporate and the lady for complaint/ case number ******* followed up only to ask me if I obtained the document and hung up quickly, never addressing the mistreatment of the personnel which is why I wrote the complaint. My other dealings with One Main were good and as a good customer, I had not expected the mistreatment of that nice day in April 2025.OneMain Financial Group, LLC

In the past I have had good experiences with Onemain in Easley. I was going to renew a loan I have with them and FOUR times (at a designated time we set up) they were “unable” to get to me. Please be aware of their lack of ability to follow through on their end. I ONLY have a one star due to not being able to give a zero.OneMain Financial Group, LLC

I received a loan offer on Credit Karma from One Main Financial and after they put a hard inquiry against my credit I was told they couldn't give me what was offered. It felt like a bait and switch! They proceeded to offer me other less desirable loan offers!OneMain Financial Group, LLC

I'll give no stars if I can. I was told i'm approved sent my pay stubs, they verified i'm employed through the actual owner of the company, offer to give my W2. Then got denied because I couldn't verify my income. How the **** does that make sense? There's no real person to get a second opinion apparently their hands are tied. I came to visit OMFG when I received a flyer in the mail one day. And becz I needed some additional funds in order to make some much needed home repairs,, I contacted the company. My immediate reaction was of hesitation. But, upon talking to and then meeting with a wonder financial agent by the name of Milan. My reserve went right out of the window IMMEDIATELY. She was professional, warm and most of all made me feel valued as a potential client. I would definitely come back for further assistance from OMFG and would also without question recommend the Bowie office as the location so that everyone else would be able to experience the same warmth that I had received when stepping out into the unknowing in borrowing from a financial institution. Hopefully all of your locations are just as awesome.
