      I recently bought a table and 6 chairs that I am very pleased with. Tammy was my sales associate and was very knowledgeable about the furniture. I have had a lot of compliments about how good it looks in my kitchen. The delivery team was top notch. I am very pleased with the overall process

      We bought a Best Home Furnishing leather recliner through ******** Furniture. The recliner mechanism is apparently made very cheaply. The chair moves and rocks while in a reclining position, if I move it starts to rock and if I lean forward the foot rest sinks down. ******** Furniture ordered a replacement mechanism but it was exactly the same. ******** Furniture refuses to stand behind their sale and Best Home Furnishing refused to help saying it was dependent on ******** Furniture to honor a warranty. So we are stuck with a $1000 chair that is very poorly made.

      mechanism on your recliner. The footrest tension can be adjusted by moving the spring to a different hole location on the mechanism. To increase tension, move the spring back a hole. Here

      Very expensive furniture that doesn't hold up. Reclining couches have been repaired twice in 2 years and the mechanisms are bad again, they don't even last 1 year!

      paid over 1000. dollars for a sofa they called leather. the sofa leather pealed like a banana. had a warranty threw the seller. the seller went out of business immediately after purchase. we had nowhere to turn for help. assumed we were burnt. buy at your own risk leather might peel after purchase as ours did. ?? recommend only buying ***** ******** high quality.

      I spent $1200 on a leather sofa 15 months ago, the finish has completely deteriorated, they said it was from a cleaning agent I used… I’ve never used anything on it. Cheap crap, get something else

      I purchased two recliners in 2018 and the cushions needed to be restuffed and the fabric resown where it had ripped on both in 2022 and now in 2023 all of the springs on the foot rest have broken on both chairs. We are an elderly couple (under 200 lbs) and the recliners have had normal use. I contacted customer service and they could not give me the part number or any help where I could buy replacement springs except go to Amazon and try and find the springs. I had a best brand recliner I purchased in 2000 and it held up well. But the recliners from 2018 are junk and I recommend not buying them. Quality has gone down!

      So the furniture is great until its not. Buyer beware. Make sure when your furniture gets delivered that you immediately look for the serial number that is somewhere inside the furniture frame. We did not do this. This serial # needs to put in a safe because without it they will NOT warranty anything. So if it is delivered and you can't find the serial # make sure to refuse the shipment. This is very unfortunate for the retailers because they are selling a product that has a lifetime warranty. Only if you have the ability to locate the serial #. Customer service is not nice. The one I spoke with was very short. NO SERIAL # NO WARRANTY. Seems like they are banking on people to not have this # so they don't have to warranty anything. Our furniture was purchased in 2019. Recliner is unusable unless I pay for the mechanism. This company should at the very least sew the serial # into the fabric of the pieces or put it on a metal plate that cannot be removed or ripped since it is such an important part of their warranty that they pride themselves on!

      This was the exact almost word for word information given to me by customer service. Again make sure you do not accept the furniture into your home without first making sure you can locate those serial numbers. Mistakes happen, I get it. however, there should be some form of back up system for when a serial # can not be located on your furniture so that warranties can be fullfilled.

      I purchased a BEST chair last May it is a electric recliner med blue/gray the problem I have with it is the bar in about the middle of the chair pushes into my lower back when I barely start to recline in it so I can not really use it as a complete recliner is this a defect or is this how it was designed it is extremely painful to use as a recliner
