1 starIn January of 2020 I received delivery of a recliner made by Best Home Furnishings the cost of which was about $900. About 18 months later it failed. A weld broke. I got that fixed with no help from BHF, just barely out of warranty don't you know. Now, Oct of 2023, the reclining mechanism has bent. I would suggest that you, BHF, can't make a quality product and you should closeup shop and walk away from this business. You don't make quality, you don't stand behind your products, and you make junk that must be replaced/repaired every two years. For the amount I paid I should get a product that will last and perform better than what you have shown me!Review fromjoe s

I purchased a best home furniture Rochester power recliner..about 4-5 weeks ago..so far excellent. i am 70 yrs ol..my wife 67..the most comfortable chair we ever had..i am 5`5``..my wife is 5`4``..when we sit in a normal position our feet touches the floor..our back sits straight up..very nice.. also very comfortable for my afternoon naps..thank you best home furnishings for a great product..If i were to have issues with this chair i hope best home furnishings will stand by their product..but so far i like what I see..Best Home Furnishings

Bought a new couch and loveseat in 2019. Lasted just over a year and one of the couch cushion seams ripped. Now after 4 years about all the sewn seams are busting out the leather is peeling in several locations. Very poor quality material. Reached out to the manufacturer and was told furniture has a one year warranty and there was nothing they could or would be willing to do. Very dissatisfied and will not ever purchase from them again. Would not offer any kind of help, reupholster, nothing. Paid almost $5000 for both pieces of furniture. Last couch and loveseat I bought in 2007 and was still using it when I replaced it with this junk. We are a clean family, have grown kids, and had no pets at the time of purchase. This furniture was not abused in any way and should have lasted much much longer than it did for the money paid for it.Best Home Furnishings

Our records indicate our first contact with this consumer was an email on 9/15/23. The id# he provided showed no parts were ever requested in the four years he owned the piece. ******* ***** ********* is a good dealer and always quick to respond to issues. We rec'd no request for replacement lounges due to seam slippage which would have been covered by warranty for one year. We do not re-upholster existing furniture as the warranty is for parts, not replacements.Review fromDiane M

Stay away from this company. Recliner was defective, 2 furniture repairmen verified it. It was unstable and leaned to the right. Company was notified with the 13 digit number, photos and emails yet continued to stonewall us and the dealer. Ridiculous disregard for us as customers who paid $ 850. for a recliner we could not use. We have been dealing with this issue for months. The answer given to these reviews is absurd because Best Home Furnishing's actual response is :
We do not have any contact with you customer this is now between you and dealer. How convenient for Best to pass the buck to the store where we purchased their defective product.Best Home Furnishings

If I could , I would rate this $800 plus recliner a ZERO !!!!!
It is Garbage ???
I haven't even gotten it paid off and my butt is literally sliding in the crack of the back of the chair.
This is a replacement of the first one bc it was broke from the beginning .

This is not the best wall hunger recliner sofa. It lacks enough foam stuffing to lay or sit without feeling bars. I reached out to the Company I bought it from and was told no more warranty. I had not had it but maybe under 3 years then. She also told me to rip a seam and add more foam. I didn't do that. I wish I had called the company. Oh well I thought since it was USA made it would be good quality. Next time I will know to stay away from the company.????Best Home Furnishings

Worst leather recliner! Called store where purchased, sales mtg came out filled backing with stuffing.
Recliner has large gap between seat and back, Very uncomfortable, fall through while reclining
Called store, was told all recliners were made like that lol , sales rep said I was sitting in chair the wrong way lol
Refuse to return, or exchange, purchased chair March, 8, 2023. Never again

Would have given a zero if possible. Delivered Feb 13, 2023. A Best O'Neil manual dual reclining sofa with drop down tray in a nasty fabric I think is 18512B powder blue. Everything sticks to it but won't brush or vacuum off. Have to use a stiff brush and pick off. The seats have the worst stuffing have ever seen in furniture. It has become hard and lumpy. This happened within a very short time. Like it started almost immediately. We are only 2 senior citizens, so it is not over used. Best ads say they use premium cushioning fibers in recliner back and seats. Not so. Complained to the furniture store and sent pictures which were sent to company say they will replace the seats. But will they be the same poor stuffing which will do the same thing? Complained about the recliners which do not recline between all back or sitting straight up. Our answer was that is the nature of these. We got the couch for intermediate reclining for comfort and watching tv. One recliner will not even stay back all the way if you move a little bit it sets you back up straight. This one also makes a noise when sitting in it and moving around and does not fit well against the arm part by the seat. Very disappointed in this expensive junk. Have a best brand swivel rocker with very nice fabric and the seat has never broken down. Needless to say I will never buy this brand again and will recommend against it to anyone. The proper outcome of this would be credit towards a decent piece of furniture.Best Home Furnishings

We bought furniture 18 years ago from the Best company and was of very good quality, so when it was time to replace it, we bought again. This time the furniture is junk, the chair leans to the right and there wasn’t near enough stuffing, it’s just pure crap. I’m talking about the first day right out of the box, it’s only about two weeks old now. My old chair sits way better than this brand new chair. The furniture store we bought it from when we called to explain about the chair, they hung up on us. Best furniture says they can’t do anything about it, so pretty much as soon as they get their money, it’s too bad for you. I just wish I had read these reviews, but I was going on past experience. I will make sure that all of my friends and anyone that follows me on line will know about this company.Best Home Furnishings
