      Have a 2018 Premier which has experienced Vinyl flooring cold cracking issue. The flooring people and Keystone won't acknowledge this issue and say it was caused by something under the slide. It was in winter storage at the time when the floor failed. Would not recommend this RV manufacturer as they don't seem to stand behind the product they fabricate.

      Slide leaks ruined linoleum keystone won't replace. Still leaking also. Worst experience ever!

      I am new to camper trailers, and the 2024 Keystone Passport 190RD is my first-ever trailer. My excitement quickly turned to worry and disappointment after my first three-night trip. The number of issues that arose was almost comical if I hadn't wasted $22,000 on this junk.Three out of four window blinds fell off with a gentle pull, the smoke detector came loose when I reset it, ceiling trim is peeling, outside storage locks don't work, the propane regulator fell off, and the sink stopped draining after minimal use. These issues appeared within the first ***************************************************** poorly designed. The ** has one blasting speed, making conversation impossible. The thermostat settings make it hard to achieve the desired temperature. The fuse box fan rarely stops, ensuring constant noise.The mattress was so uncomfortable I had to buy a thick pad from ******** The sink is too large, taking up counter space, and the cheap faucet lacks a pull-down extension. There is no sink cover, and the light above it started flickering on the first night. The cabinets lack drawers and support struts, and the ** has a terrible viewing angle.While I expected low-end furnishings, the poor workmanship and quality have shattered my confidence in this trailer. I'm left wondering what major malfunction will occur on my next trip.The 2024 Keystone Passport 190RD was a major disappointment. If your budget is $25K or less, look for a better manufacturer or consider a used trailer from a quality company and upgrade the appliances if needed.

      We purchased a brand new 2023 High Country 381TB. Was so excited to get it Jan 11, 2024. It has been in the shop a total of 3 times for 98 days of the 171 days we have owned it. We regret buying it as we have used it a total of 10 days and whoever built this trailer at Keystone did a really bad job building it as everything that is wrong with it so far is do to manufacture. The slide out broke the 1st time we used it. Duct work for the ** was disconnected in several places and dealership couldnt even find it we did by actually looking for it from a thread we read. Back shower was totally disconnected from the wall. The fan covers on the roof were broken. The caulking on the outside of the trailer alone with other molding on the outside is cracked and was loose enough to blow off while we were traveling down the road. All Keystone can say in a disgusting tone of voice is expect 30 days in the shop for warranty repairs. Between the dealer and ******* I would never recommend a trailer from them

      I am totally exhausted from continuously being on the phone and emailing trying to get an answer on if/when I will be able to plan my next trips. We have a long list of things wrong with our brand new camper, as well as things just all around low quality. I loved the layout of our fifth wheel, but its honestly the terrible customer service that makes me want to get rid of this unit ASAP. I know that every product is likely to have flaws, but have heard a lot of we stand behind our product and we all know actions speak louder than words. Every time I walk in it, there is a new problem, things as small as loose molding, to as the tank lines mixed up. As long as it is not catastrophic in Keystone terms its not a big deal to them. Dissatisfied with the whole situation is a huge understatement.

      Absolutely worst camper I have ever bought. I highly recommend never buying another keystone.... started off brand new last January and first spring came and wanted to use it but noticed leaked water in the front all over the closet and floor in bedroom, doors weren't aligned trims falling off another leak over the kitchen slide out and I couldn't even lock my camper because the lock didn't line up. Finally, I got an appointment at dealer they had it for 9 months, and I got it back this may... same problems still exist except this time it's plum full of ants mold all over the floor still leaks water and they lost my keys for it. It's been a year and a half and I have yet to be able to enjoy my ****** camper for a camping trip. Keep in mind these pictures are after they had it for 9 months fixing it... the ants were just the end of the line... I don't even have pictures of the top but maybe I'll upload some of them too this is pathetic.

      Terrible customer service. I really wish I had checked this page before we bought ours. Bought a brand new off the lot 2023 ******************** in January its been in the shop 2x already this last time has been for a month now. It was poorly built and the bedroom slide leaks and a whole entire list of issues. I will do whatever I can to make people are aware that keystone is a terrible company and not to buy their products. It might not make much of a splash but at least I can get a warning out to others before they are suckered into a worthless rv.

      Yes, Keystone RV's have poor quality and construction. I purchased a new 2021 Alpine 3790FK and have had nothing but problems. I just hate it. The air conditioning keeps stopping, the kitchen lights don't work sometimes, the fire place quit working. Keystone customer service is no help, warranty work is a big joke. Do your due diligence and shop more. There are better RV's and I am trading mine in as soon as I can.

      Worst customer service ever! Brand new trailer, still inside our 1 year warranty and they can't fix the problem. No bathroom lights or fan, no push lights working. Every time we use the slide unit has to go back in for repair. Keystone will do nothing! Do not waste your money.
