      My Keystone Arcadia is 13 months old and has been nothing but a headache. Its currently raining and water is coming in from the top and bottom of the kitchen window. The entire kitchen slide is a lake under all of the appliances. These RVs are complete junk. When you call their customer relations number youll get no help. These people could care less about the junk they sell. I know all RVs are built poorly, but save yourself a lot of heartache and dont buy a Keystone.

      The lights get hot, the little round ones in the ceiling. A light cover fell off yesterday and burned my arm, this is not safe.

      We bought a new 2022 Keystone SL Series Passport 229RK last year. We got a good deal on it. The 2 biggest issues are with the storage for the black/gray drain hose. It is only 3 ft in length which does not allow storage of the hose. Not sure why they even have it. Keystone offered no resolve. Second, the unit does not have a rear bumper. We were stupid to overlook these things. There are clothing cabinets on each side of the bed which have sharp edges where we cut are arms on. Also the platform for the mattress is not as long as the mattress. Lastly, the part of the slide out over the stove top is too low. Im constantly banging my head on it.

      Sideout underlayment 1/16" breaking shattering. On all 3 slideouts. Pour resolution to their design flaws. Had two replaced on my 2020 Keystone Lerado and one didn't last a year. The others cracked as well. Wish I could add pictures. 05/05/2024

      The worst customer service and absolutely awful product. We have a fridge that doesn't freeze food, a fireplace that won't turn on and awnings that won't roll in. Yet, Keystone is doing nothing about it. I can't get repair people to come because Keystone doesn't pay them for the work they do. I have emailed the company nearly 30 times and getnthe same story, we are doing our best. BS everytime.

      Keystone cougar 290RLS is pretty much crap! *********************. Bought a 2023 brand new and in 3 months molding was separating from the wall, tank sensors did not work, wall separating, black tank rinse broken off at the tank, refrigerator/freezer quit working, marker lights didnt work, cabinet doors began sagging! You dont expect this kind of workmanship in a new vehicle. But everyone blames *****!! My opinion now is buy used! The bugs have already been worked out of the rv and it should be solid!

      I ordered a Fuzion trailer threw keystone. They would not accommodate any of the options they previously offered. We ordered it with the options they offered at the time. They agreed to huild it, took the money down. Two weeks before it was supposed to be completed. They called and said they don't offer those options anymore. We came upon an agreement that we were both satisfied with. A week later they called back and recanted on the agreed options. That's when we called it all off! They are so crooked and hard to work with! Not wor th your time or all the money they cost!! I tried to give zero stars, you had to give them at least one.

      I will never buy Keystone camper. Horrible warranty service. You have to pay up front for warranty repair and do not get all your money back. My ON DEMAND hot water heater is horrible and been out my own money. They replaced the hot water heater and the replacement does not work half the time. DO NOT BUY KEYSTONE. HORRIBLE warranty service. I just bought my camper in May 2023 and have had issues since August 2023 and still on April 2024 not resolved.

      Keystone uses poor quality components, has poor supporting vendors which results in poor customer support. My experience - sound system and radio stopped working (under warranty), no power issues (verified), tech (Camping World) had to remove the system and troubleshoot. After a hard reset the system seemed to function, tech reinstalled the system. Then Camping World now charged me for everything because Keystone says the system is operating and not defective. If the system doesnt work as advertisedits defective!I wont use Camping World again, and Keystone products and support are crapnever again!!!
