      I purchased a ******* Travel Trailer back in 2021 and have had more problems and than fun. My family and I went on a trip last year and while towing to our destination the roof just started peeling off. It looked like I had a pare chute on top of my RV. This year during our summer trip. Before we even got to our Campsite I noticed the inside of our rear tires were worn to the wires. I took it to the nearest RV shop where they told me I had a bent axle meanwhile I have never hit anything to make the axle bend. The guy at the shop told me my leaf springs were flat and my suspension was bad. This was only our second trip! When I called Keystone they said to send a picture. I sent them multiple showing all the issues. The Manager for Keystone looked at it and called me to say the axle looks perfect and nothing is wrong. The fact Ive had this for 2 years and had 2 major issues during our 2 trips is ridiculous. I will never purchase from them again and advise others from purchasing as well.

      Keystone couger junk 24 rdls, complete junk. I have had more problems with this camler than any camper of the 40 other ones I have owned. Run! **************** ***** and lies all the way around. Camping world ***** too!

      i bought a brand new keystone 2022 outback 328 [and that is where it should be 'outback' in a scrapyard]********.i know campers and had a great 2013 kestone 395 fuzion toyhauler********but his thing********absolute junk quality****...first trip home the underbelly caught wind from few screws half missed contacting underbelly****...the LED light strip flapping in wind****.the kitchen island drawer rear stapled mount fell apart causing the drawers to angle out denting and rubbing one fridge door on the road********one glass pendent light glass fell and broke in the sink,and the other one about to fall as they are held with loose nut****...the kitchen backsplash glue let go a week later as well as the vinyl wrap c*** around skylight****...drawer slide ball bearings fell out and jammed draw********flooring isnt glued down in one area and bulges up ****..under seating area LED light strips fell off and were hardly mounted in the first place ********* puck ceiling lights didnt work or failed in the first day********.and many ****.many other failing or failed construction issues with no exaggeration ..JUNK JUNK JUNK CAMPER****..many phone calls to keystone********no warranty help****...none ****zero zilch****...nothing****...Keystone ***** ********and this is a $100,000 camper******** .how come i cant give zero stars

      I am not amazed that I am seeing a trend of negative reviews in the Keystone RVs . I've reached out twice to Keystone with my concerns about their product and I can only assume that the response provided was scripted and not reflecting the true issue with this company. For one, I don't care that you can stand behind your warranty! That is what a warranty is for, when something breaks or malfunctions, it is supposed to be fixed if it is covered! You should stand behind the quality of your product, but you cannot because you know the work performed on these campers was subpar!!! What I am upset about is the amount of items that broke with our camper within the first 2 months and all the issues we've had since! All I want is a camper that works so I can use it without wondering when the next item will break. So far, I've had 14 issues since purchasing this camper in July 22. These issues range from the black tank valve leaking to the refrigerator stop working. If a senior executive received a poorly constructed camper, I'm sure they wouldn't be heading to the dealership every month with a smile on his/her face because the warranty would cover the problem. They would be angry, frustrated, and disappointed because they spent money on a poorly constructed item! Please understand that your product isn't cheap so neither should the quality of your product. Give your customers a good product from the start. The warranty should be for those unpredictable occurrences.

While we aren't able to pull up your name as a registered owner in our system, I would like to better understand how any items that qualify for warranty would have been predicted items. No concerns are predicted, if they were we could simply correct them and not have the need for a warranty to address them should they arise.

      We love this floor plan for our 2018 21BH unit but a few ******* ago thought I caught a branch on my roof top of slide vinyl was mashed & damaged. Turns out the motor from the slide leaks oil & softens the vinyl top & damages it. (Found that out from ******* Emailed, called keystone they got back to us once but took forever & pretty much said tough, not our problem. We tried to email & call but they wouldnt answer our **************** always just took a msg & wouldnt call back. Worst customer service ever! Why wouldnt help solve the issue if they know theyve done wrong send out a drip tray for the motor, recommend good roof replacement & material to best fix this problem.

      Only gave one star because I had to, to leave a review. I dont know whats worse the way that they dont stand behind their warranty - on a manufactured defect or their customer service! Our less than 3 yr old campers plywood on the roof is pulling up and making holes in the roof. Had 2 different dealerships and multiple service techs saying that it should be covered!

      I would give zero stars if I could! Purchased a 2023 ******* ************** in August 2022. It has been a pile of junk from the start! The electrical was shorting out (no lights), the hot water heater hasn't worked since day one, the door is warped & will not close unless it is slammed shut, the roof vent leaks! I've had multiple phone calls with Keystone (even with the higher **** that ensured me all of these issues would be resolved... and NOTHING!!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PILE OF GARBAGE CAMPER!!!

      Buyer beware my husband and I bought our 2022 keystone outback in ******** we seen things wrong with the walls bubbling hole in the slide behind the recliner they said they were ordering parts never did the money we laid out for repairs never got back they just tell you things so you shut up so now I'm hiring a lawyer and let's see how far we can push back I can say ****** learn no more new rvs .

      Bought a new Sprinter and the **** wasn't working from day one. I took it in and the dealership found that it was slightly bent from the factory. The factory denied the claim and said they do not make the ****s. I called myself and it was the worst customer service I have ever had. Not impressed and would not recommend. It would have been an easy fix to keep a customer instead they choose to make you want to never do business with them again.

      i own a 2021 Passport ****, had for a year and half and every time i have taken it out i have had to fix it. if you buy a keystone i hope u have better luck with customer service than what i had and ************************* is a joke too....
