      ****** and ***** at the desk, provided me with quick and efficient help. I was even able to choose between three different car options which has never happened with other rental companies. They explained the whole process from A-Z giving me peace of mind and no surprises on the contract. I look forward to renting again in the future. Thank you

      I booked and pre-paid for a car through a third party online from ACE Rental Car at ***************, **, and picked up the car on March 20, 2024. I informed the staff that I would use my own insurance and provided my insurance company name. I was charged a deposit of $188.83, which the staff explained would be refunded after returning the car. They did not mention any insurance charge at all. I understood that I would pay $11/day for the Sunpass. The staff asked me to sign everything on a tiny screen that I could not read at all.Unfortunately, I did not receive any refunds when I got my credit card bill. I called ACE, and the representative asked me to file a dispute through the credit card company since they had closed the account. Even after I provided ACE with the proof of insurance as requested through the credit card company, *** still denied the refund.Please refund me. ACE should not charge customers against their wishes. Any additional charges should be clearly communicated to the customer. To lie or hide charges is unacceptable.

      Hello *******, 

      Proof of insurance must be provided at the time of rental showing you have collision and liability insurance that covers a rental vehicle. You do see what is being signed for at the time as well as you do get a breakdown of the charges before leaving the location. Unfortunately, no refund will be awarded as the contract is closed and the charges were signed for.

      I would do 0 stars. They keep charging my card because of a glitch then when I call nobody is helpful but theyre very defensive and rude. The location doesnt know the phone numbers to the customer service. Theyre really rude. Im still waiting for them to rectify this issue.I had to call my bank. The billing department said they cant find the charge even though I see it and sent screenshots. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHADY PEOPLE!

      Stay away from the ************************************************* location. I rented a car. The customer service agent was dismisive.rude and nasty for no reason. Wasn't helpful at at. I informed her that I would be traveling for business in *******, and parts of ***********. At that moment I feel like she should have notified me of a fee. I didn't read my agreement nor did I see any signs posted to inform me. I call their CS and received a unprofessional reply..
