  The worst of the worst. I ordered their mattress haul service through an online furniture store. Angi cancelled my order and never gave my money back. They kept lying to me by saying they already issued the refund. Nothing was done. I had to contact the furniture store and get help from them to contact Angi. Angi never did what they were supposed to do to issue the refund at all. They are awful. I hope more people come to see the reviews before they do business with them.

  Biggest scam there is. They will take your money and not guaranteed what they promised. And report to collections don't waste your time or money

  I am just furious. This company is a scam. We signed up for leads to help our business grow 4 days ago and have nothing but problems since. They gave us a contract assured that they would provide the amount of leads we requested monthly. Well leads started coming but kicker is, not one customer can understand our language (English) as well every call we have made attempting to reach them immediately after they ( customer on ********************** list) chose us, we get answer machine ( with obvious different language) leaving message and sending text message through the app we are supposed to use. The leads all have the exact same phone number with a unique extension number ( Angi **** say is specifically to reach that customer) we have absolutely no connection out of the five leads there . One customer did answer the call, in a different language so he did not understand my language and hung up on me. We offer ************ AND INSTALLATION, so each loss of a lead leaves us empty. We have almost used ( paid) all the leads we are entitled to with the contract. And no customer can connect with language barrier. We are stuck for the year $ ****** each month. If you terminate the contract you are subjected to a 35% balance of the entire year contract. This is terrible for business as well the consumer. I wish I could have 0 stars to leave because that is what they deserve!!!

  as a contractor ,i say dont even think about using them .Fake leads,nobody calls or returns calls and they dont help getting you set .oncve they they get your deposit they dissapeare and basically on your own untill next month for pay .They should be shut down!

  Contractors and homeowners beware. Worst company ever. If youre a contractor you will receive leads from homeowners who do not submit a form and/or request your service. If youre a homeowner you will receive so many calls from contractors you will regret you ever submitted anything. Any they will sell your information to other lead companies.

  I scheduled a job for 5pm and the worker started calling at 9am to reschedule to an earlier time, which I declined. I explained that he should not have accepted the job if he could not come at the scheduled time. He continued to call and disturb my work day, showed up a 2:30pm (my nephew texted me) and did not return at the scheduled time. When attempting to talk to ***************** they offered no resolution but to reschedule at 48 hours (2 days), and I was going out of town. They refused to close the reschedule another worker. The worker was ******* *.

  This company is absolutely scam They claim to send leads Which are fake and they are not interested They send to collections as well Which we are brining a lawsuit against them.Absolutely a scam of organization that we will bring down

  I contracted with Angi for Business leads and had several discussions with various employees regarding the type of leads we were not interested in as well as the type we were requesting. To date, we continue to receive leads we do not service and only one that we were promised. I have requested to speak with management on many occasions and repeatedly either ignored or told they didn't have that contact information. I was then told that ** investigated and found there was no miscommunication! They either do not record your conversation or this so called ************* just outright lies. This business is one you DO NOT want to do business with as they are nothing but lying scammers. I was last told I would receive a revised agreement which never happened either...Unbelievable.

  I placed an order with ******* and purchased the contractor to come out and put up the bunk beds that I ordered; however, the job called for two men and I only purchased one man. He stated that he could not do the job alone, well I didnt want to schedule another appointment so my granddaughters and I put the beds up ourselves and when I went to Angies site, the contractor closed out the order like he completed it and he didnt. I called Angies and they issuing a refund, months later it never showed up. I started calling and emailing them to get run around, theyre working on the refund, it was escalated, Im waiting on a refund approval, all types of excuses and here I am almost a year later and I have not received my money back. I will definitely not do anymore business with Angies List because they are crooks that dont do the right thing. They took my money for services they did NOT render.
