  Angi was the worst to deal with, when you hire them they hook you up with random installers who never call you or come when scheduled then they tell you that there not getting paid enough for the job so they either won't come or ask for more money. trying to call them or chat is terrible they give you run around answers and you wind up canceling and have to find someone else its very upsetting how they treat people. NEVER NEVER NEVER EVERY USE THEM THEY ARE THE WORST BUSINESS AND COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. THANK YOU

  If I could give them 0 stars, that is what they would get. I joined Anji about 3 months ago paying $280.00 a month for ***** leads a month for a year. I was told the leads only go to 3 contractors. I should have never signed up to do this. It is a complete waste of money. The majority of the leads you receive are c*** People who might want to get work done but are not serious and they don't answer their phone. Also, the lead doesn't go to just 3 contractors. It goes to dozens, so you have to act right away as the potential client is going to be bombarded by all of the contractors that received a lead. When I called to complain and request a credit, that it is almost the end of the month and I haven't received all my leads, they said I wasn't eligible for any credits as I had paused the leads for a few days. Which I was never told by Angi that if I paused the leads I wouldn't be guaranteed all my leads for the month or be eligible for credits. I asked for a credit for a lead that I received that was in ******. I am in *****, *******. Why am I receiving a lead from another state. Another lead I got, when I called the person asked me to tell Angi to remove them as they didn't even need or request for any work to be done. These are the kind of c*** leads I was talking about and now they tell me I can't even get credit for them because I paused the leads. If you want to cancel it before the year is over, you have to pay them 30% of your remaining balance, so I would have to pay over $700.00 to cancel it. I am at least trying to get my $280.00 worth a month, but even that hasn't panned out as I have only been successful in getting 2 of the jobs in 3 months. Now I have done some research and found out they had to pay $7.5 million for a lawsuit and yet they continue to do the same thing: Scam contractors.

  Oh my God, this company unlawfully gave out my background check and application to Temu and various other organizations without my approval. This company is absolutely disgusting and needs to be shut down immediately. !!!!!!!!!

  Sketchy at best. Simply looked into finding a plumber with no requests or joining, and began receiving emails and phone calls. I had to unsubscribe and block.

  I scheduled an installation service for three air conditioning units through **** Club, which was fulfilled by Angi. Unfortunately, the assigned technician lacked the necessary experience and was unable to complete the installation upon arrival. I was advised by the technician to cancel the following days appointment, as he was again scheduled to complete the work and had already determined he was not qualified to do so.Angi initially assured me that a full refund would be issued due to the service not being completed. However, after the expected refund processing timeframe passed, I was informed that a refund would no longer be issueddespite prior confirmations from multiple departments.This feels deceptive, especially given that the cancellation was at the recommendation of the technician and due to no fault of my own. I have spent several hours attempting to resolve this matter. Im extremely dissatisfied with the handling of this situation and the lack of accountability.

  In short, Angi's does not providevaluable services and customer service/account managers absolutely lack and do not care about keeping you as a customer. They would rather collect your cancelation ****** Feb 2024 we were excited to list our new business with Angi. After dealing with a pushy salesman who wouldn't let us review the contract and call back and instead waited on mute for us to sign, we agreed to the terms hoping that it would help successfully advertise our business.The services provided by Angi were lackluster. With the majority of clients NEVER responding to inquiries they submitted OR the inquiries being radically unqualified and sent to us even though they were not the correct vendor category.We went to cancel and were SHOCKED to find out our agreement auto-renewed with a higher rate without notice from our customer service agent and we would have to pay $1,400+ cancellation fee.After considering our options and trying to discuss with someone how unhappy we were, we decided to move forward with cancellation. We were told " Instead of your typical payment of $371.00, the cancellation fee of ******** will be what is charged. " however we were charged a total of $2,662.07 over the next three days.

  As a business that sometimes relies on Angi leads for leads. I have to say I am done with them. Out of the leads they send me more than 3/4 are BS leads. Most did not even answer my calls or emails and text. They don't have a way to get a refund for non answer leads and they do not refund them. I receive 3 -5 leads a day and maybe 1 will reply. This is my own experience. I don't know about others. But when it cost me $170 and up for a leads it passes me off. I'm done with them.

  If I could give them less than a star I would. To all homeowners/developers, please call us directly and cut out the middle man. To all contractors do not use or get pulled into this services company. They do not send quality leads yet they charge you whether you receive the job or not. These leads are not cheap range from $45-450+. When you request a credit on a lead, they do not grant it and say they are charging for the opportunity. I was told leads can be credited and opportunities can not but it is not true. I was with them for 3+ years now.
