      This company didnt perform a service I paid for and it was a LONG process to get a refund. Tons of arguments I had to encounter between this company and the company I actually purchased their service through. All of these calls were done on 3 way in front of me, the customer. After agreeing to give a refund, since they didnt refund me within the 5 to 10 days, they promised, they said they couldnt do anything about it. We had to threaten to call our credit card company, for them to refund us. After hours of phone calls and lots of headaches later, I would not recommend this company!

      Do not use this service. There is NO service. My contractor did not show up. I called Service, and they said they would reschedule. When I called to confirm, they gave me the name of the person who canceled because he had rib damage. I also found out they had charged me! Nobody made me feel they knew what they were doing, they couldn't answer my questions. Also, somehow when I requested services I was apparently entered to the application as a "Pro." Even though I was able to request SERVICES, obtain as service date, and pro! Since the application showed me as a Pro I was never able to access the application! It has been a complete cluster mess! I was charged for this service and was told I would be charged for a cancelation fee of $35.! Their platform *****, thier "pros" suck! It is sad because Angie's List WAS a great service. Not anymore.

      **** company , I own a plumbing heating and cooling business and have had nothing but bad leads. The final straw is they were sending me leads that were already completed by other companies and then would not return my credits. Most of the leads are very expensive and go no where. Ive spent more on bad leads than any profit made in the company

      Angi service is absolutely terrible. They were hired to come and assemble my new dinette set. They canceled and rescheduled four times before they said that they can't find anyone who will come out and assemble it. I purchased the dining set through ******* and they are the ones who hired Angi. I'll never purchase anything from any business such as ******* who does business with Angi. My new dinette is still sitting on my deck in boxes for over a week now.

      I signed up for their service 7 days ago and was sent four leads. 3 out of the 4 leads were sent outside of my hours of operation. The fourth lead was not at all interested in my service but another. I contacted their support and was told that they don't refund for bad leads. I was never told that I would be charged for bad leads when I signed up. I was also told I would receive 7-11 leads a month and I was already capped out on the first four. I should not be charged for leads I did not request at my time my business operates which they did anyway. I then spoke for two hours with several members of their company which stated that I would have to wait until the 28th of the month to get any credit. I was sold on a system that doesn't exist. They just shoved anything at me and wanted me to accept it because they have me in a contract for ********************************************************************************** $1300 for cancelling which is completely unfair. No company should be able to dictate to a consumer how they should run their business and when they should receive leads. They lied to me about the service and even lied about the cost per lead. I don't understand how they get away with forcing businesses to honor a contract where the service isn't even remotely correct with its data and time of sending data. Please help me.

      TRIED TO USE THEM 3 TIMES AND TIMES THEY FAILED TO PROVIDE THE PROMISED SERVCE, THE **** NEVER SHOW AND CALLED. HAD TO USE A 3RD PARTY TO GET MY REFUND

      This company is a scam. Do not do business or trust this outfit. They send faulty leads and give every excuse how they are legit. This past month I received 3 leads. 2 did not submit their info or in need of any services and didnt speak English. The 3rd continuously goes to voicemail. I experienced this throughout my whole time with Angi. Dont waste your time with this company because all they do is lock you into a year contract and guarantee legitimate leads. Far from it. Complete waste of money and I wouldnt recommend anyone to do business with them. Unfortunately I had to find out first hand.

      After getting approved and paying the monthly fee for leads they made me add employees onto the account, told me specifically they wouldnt run background checks on my employees, so I gave the info they requested and not an hour later my account was cancelled because of the background checks they ran on my employees. They were very misleading and deceitful, straight up lied to me over the phone. After reading all these other reviews it might have been a good thing they cancelled my account otherwise Id have been stuck paying $280 a month for absolutely nothing. So thank you to their customer service **** for lying because you might have saved me.
