      Zero stars. Complete scam. Promised qualified leads of new construction and renovations. **** you in on an annual agreement. 3 $500 dollar project leads after 45 days and an unworkable Angi profile that could not upload completed project pictures I called to cancel. They credit one month and send the me the bill for the remainder of the year for $2,400 due to their fine print. Stay away

      Horrible experience. I paid for several leads that were submitted around the same time with similar names (one or two letters difference). They were clearly tests or fraud or something. I submitted for credit for these and it was rejected. When I called to follow up they said "we can't do anything because its been 45 days". So basically I paid several hundreds of dollars for leads that they know were not good and since they made a policy they can hide behind I am out almost a thousand bucks. ******** customer service.

      I received a quote for an AC repair prepaid the labor as it stated in the app and everything that I searched. The contractor got here and then charged me an additional fee for labor and said that they didn't pay him so I paid twice for labor. The company gave me the runaround would not refund. My money would not even address it. They wanted to give me a discount on my next service canceled the service. It's been 2 years and now they're telling me they're going to renew the account. I had to call again and cancel the account. Do not use this service.

      I got 5 estimates for my bath remodel.The one I selected was the best contractor I have every used. I have had Angi on small jobs and never had a issue.

      This company didnt perform a service I paid for and it was a LONG process to get a refund. Tons of arguments I had to encounter between this company and the company I actually purchased their service through. All of these calls were done on 3 way in front of me, the customer. After agreeing to give a refund, since they didnt refund me within the 5 to 10 days, they promised, they said they couldnt do anything about it. We had to threaten to call our credit card company, for them to refund us. After hours of phone calls and lots of headaches later, I would not recommend this company!

      Do not use this service. There is NO service. My contractor did not show up. I called Service, and they said they would reschedule. When I called to confirm, they gave me the name of the person who canceled because he had rib damage. I also found out they had charged me! Nobody made me feel they knew what they were doing, they couldn't answer my questions. Also, somehow when I requested services I was apparently entered to the application as a "Pro." Even though I was able to request SERVICES, obtain as service date, and pro! Since the application showed me as a Pro I was never able to access the application! It has been a complete cluster mess! I was charged for this service and was told I would be charged for a cancelation fee of $35.! Their platform *****, thier "pros" suck! It is sad because Angie's List WAS a great service. Not anymore.

      **** company , I own a plumbing heating and cooling business and have had nothing but bad leads. The final straw is they were sending me leads that were already completed by other companies and then would not return my credits. Most of the leads are very expensive and go no where. Ive spent more on bad leads than any profit made in the company
