  As the owner of a small, licensed junk removal business in *********, **, I signed up with Angi Leads in April 2025 based on their promises of quality, high-intent customer leads. The contract was for a ******** subscription at $350 every 28 days, with an estimated 2338 leads per billing cycle.Unfortunately, the experience has been deeply disappointing. Out of the 34 leads I received, only 6 turned into actual jobs. The vast majority were either unreachable, not interested, or surprised to be contactedsuggesting these were not true service requests. Many never answered calls or texts at all, wasting valuable time and resources.When I attempted to cancel due to the poor quality of the leads, Angi insisted on enforcing a 35% early termination fee on the remaining contract despite their failure to deliver usable or productive leads. This feels predatory, especially for small businesses trying to grow and stay afloat.I am now disputing charges with my bank and documenting everything. I urge other small businesses to be cautious before signing up with Angi. The quality of service does not match the marketing promises, and the cancellation terms are aggressive and rigid. I hope Angi re-evaluates how it handles service quality and treats its business clients with fairness. ******** ******* Owner, *************************

  i would leave NO stars if i could unreliable cancelled 2 confirmed installation appointments doesnt care about how this affects the customer horrible business dont use them!

  I asked for info on a drywall contractor and I was provided with a contractor in ** when my project is in ***********. I called cust svc. The woman was Asian, I couldn't understand what her name was so I asked her to spell it for me and she hung up on me. I called back, got another Asian woman, I was able to understand her name, I voiced my concern the referral was unsuitable and she could not grasp how a contractor more than ***** miles away was a bad choice. They don't give you a list so you can choose your own and then they offer a quote. How can you offer a quote when nobody has seen the job? The entire operation is bogus.

  I had to cancel because contractor wanted to change the time, I was charged and paid in advance. I let Angi know and got a text from them stating they would only charge me 50$, so they didn't and I had to contact by text and phone, so I just got another text stating they will give me 50% !!! They are dishonest and terrible to deal with!!' Live and learn!!!

  I paid for Angie's lead service, no leads for a few months, called to cancel but you do not get a refund, you have to use it until it runs out- after complaining miraculously leads started coming in, but I suspect 90% are fake leads, leads so small it's not worth the drive to the job or if they look doable you can't reach them, try and get a credit and denied credit lead so itcodt $32 for every lead that is not worth taking, I do not recommend Angie's to anyone.

  I am beyond frustrated with my experience with Angis customer service. Attempting to add a simple extra service to an existing call turned into an infuriating, time-wasting ordeal. Over two hours on the phone, missing work, and repeatedly transferred between departmentsyet no one took the time to assist me.Only one agent, El ***, showed basic courtesy and empathy, but ultimately, even she was unable to help. ****** outright refused to assist me and simply transferred me to another department. When I escalated the matter to a supervisor, instead of owning the issue, I was told it was now a Wayfair problemcompletely deflecting responsibility.The resolution? Nothing. No discount, no compensation for my wasted time, not even an offer of a free service as a goodwill gesture. And because Im located in ******, I cannot use the Angi app or create an account, making the entire process even more frustrating.This experience has been absolutely unacceptable. If this is how Angi treats its customers, I will never be using this service again.
