      They replaced my CPAP because of a recall. Months later they wanted to charge rent on the replacement unit. No agreement they didn't care. Terrible customer service. I will never do business with them.

      Apria has worst customer service. If your clients are sick and dying why give good customer service?A reacurring charge for cpap supplies cannot be stopped. I have asked for discontinued cpap supplies and have been denied. When I first asked Apria to call to set up cpap supplies they refused and never called me. I asked why and they said I was a welfare patient from *******. What? Im in ******** with bluecross insurance. I do not know if there is a better healthcare supply company out there. I only know Apria is the company with a who cares how we treat our customers because they will be dead next week attitude.

      Very disappointed. Have had machine since 2019. Original authorization between drs office and apria a train wreck. Finally got it. 2 months ago they sent a new authorization to a former doctor (provided new drs name and info) new Dr emailed 4 times authorization as well as called to confirm. **** charged me $250 for supplies last month because they couldnt find the many emails from dr. **** found the emails, because my Res10 is a 3G not a 5G ******** has been unable to check usage since April 26,22. I have to take the sms card to apria so they can read the usage. I could have resolved this issue earlier had I known. Ridiculous.

      Been having this back and forth phone battle with APRIA for more than a month now. Ordered CPAP supply end of ***** was delivered to wrong address, same thing after a month of sorting, last supervisor I talked to said they'll overnight supply, it's been 4 days, still nothing. The phone representatives are no help as well, "I don't know is their common reply." They won't even assist me calling local branch, even said I should pick up my supplies. I called local branch, been waiting for more than 30mins, no ones picking up. Have been a customer for more than 4 years, first time this has happened and it's ridiculous how they treat their customers.

      Absolutely the worst company Ive ever dealt with especially the harassing phone calls saying theyll turn me into collections when I have an up to date invoice showing 0 past due. They cant answer why Im being charged rent for a machine Im purchasing. They tried to offer me a one time deal to shut me up. Whatever, Im getting an attorney involved if they cant figure it out. Harassment is harassment bottom line. I work for a living, I dont have time for phone tag because they cant figure it out, and then threaten me? Oh no

      I have been ordering supplies and equipment from Apria for around 20 years. Over the past 3 years I was accidently sent a new Cpap machine. I called to ask what would I pay monthly with my insurance and was told around $14.00 a month for 12 months. Three years later they are billing me. 3 months ago someone from the company told me, this is your last **** and I still keep getting bills. I've called to speak with a supervisor 5 times and was told someone will call me back and no one has called. If I don't pay the **** for $120 it will go to collections. If I pay the ****, I'm confident I will get another one. Don't do business with this company!!

      My doctor said that I should start using Oxygen at night when sleeping. I get a call from Apria they are at my door with a machine. He came in, set it up in my room and I had to sign this, 12 page invoice right then. Well, I couldn't read it all, the guy said that it just stated that got the equipment they would **** my insurance. I never turned the unit on forgot about it until the **** came. It was 3 months later, I received a call, but couldnt understand her but she kept talking. I didn't recognize the number and thought it was someone selling something so I hung up. One more goes by I get a **** in the mail, it was for $239.48. I could not believe it. I called they said my insurance denied the claim I needed to talk to them. So I call my insurance and the lady I talked to said that Apria was sending the bills without pre-authorization, not only that, they sent them 1 month after the fact she said it doesn't work that way. I called Apria, and by the way, none of the support team is in the USA and they can barely speak good enough to understand. After I had tried explaining the problem to one lady she sent me to another and then to the supervisor. He told me that the way Apria bills is exactly as it was done and that my insurance company was somehow to blame for this. He assured me it would get straightened out, so I took him for his word and forgot about it. Well, that was definitely the wrong thing to do no one can be trusted to do their job anymore. Now it is 3 months later, which in total was 6 months and I get a **** for $409.22. Again I called and spoke to someone I could barely understand and after a heated conversation, I told them to pick up the equipment. Long story short, I made payment arrangements and was paying like I promised every month. Three days ago a letter came that said my **** was going to collections. I called again and ended up paying the invoice only to be told there were 2 more invoices not back from my insurance. Unbelievable support!

      Apria healthcare is the most unprofessional company I had to deal with. Shame on ****** permanente for having a contract with them. I rent a breast pump from them via ******. And every single month for 9 months I had to call, wait on hold forever just to tell them that ****** has sent them an authorization. ****** would send them an authorization and they would not bother to put it on my file so every month they would send me to collections and then when I would call and waste my time for hours they would send me a resolution letter stating it was their mistake. They send people into collection due to their lack of management, proper system or decent customer service.If you dont call and waste hours of your time your credit gets ruined because they make an error sending to collections every single month.

      Not surprised to see all the recent negative reviews about this company's billing practices and lack of customer service to resolve. I had to put together a reconciliation schedule of all the different ********, over several months, they sent that were inconsistent with what the insurance company was approving/processing only to be told that they would look into it but then never responding even after multiple email follow *** sent to them about their non-response. An example of the mess they created was when I initially paid their "estimated" amount of what I would be responsible for which ended up exceeding the approved amount by the insurance company. So what did they do with my overpayment? They added that amount in their next monthly billing as an "adjustment" to zero out my account balance. I could go on with other crazy examples of their billing practices but you need only read the remaining reviews here to know that my situation was not unique.

      Website and customer service are unreliable. Every time I have tried to order online, something goes wrong so I have to call and speak with a customer lack-of-service representative. Their online records are incomplete and inconsistent. When trying to find if it is time to order an item per my health provider allocations one page says I ordered an item on one date, another page gives a different date so I cannot tell what I'm eligible to order. It took ordering three times before my order history showed online, and prior orders were lost to the cosmos. When you try to complain, they just argue with you and say the website is different than the records they have via the phone order system - they don't want to hear it. Hello? Isn't it the same company? They need to get their systems integrated. The only reason I continue to use them is because my insurance only covers supplies through them. They want to send you supplies automatically, whether you need them or not, I'm sure being paid well by my insurance provider - what a racket!
