      Dont bother ordering from this company its total Trash! I ordered a pair of retro 1s with expedited shipping, the order confirmation came with tracking info showing my item would be received within 3days as ordered. The tracking status remained in label created until the date promised for delivery! The worst part was, this item was ordered for a special event and they totally ruined it. Customer service is horrible they make you hold forever and email correspondence even worst! The reps never offer to make things right, check location of your package or offer any options! Never waste your time or money with this company! Couldve ordered from Amazon and had my item overnighted but decided to give this company a chance and they blew it! If I could rate zero stars I would!

      Dont ever do business with Finish Line. I returned a pair of shoes and a month later was recharged for them. My card info was stolen. I have spent days and countless hours trying to resolve this issue. **************** is beyond a joke. An hour and a half on hold and they send you to voicemail. I had to send bank statements to several different people. Was told multiple times I would get a call back which I never got. Im disgusted with this company. Whatever you do dont use a debit or credit card in their store. Personally Id never even shop there. Complete garbage is how I describe everything about this store the employees and customer service.

      Its been a month since I ordered and still havent got my shoes or my money back! So far just out $150 plus had to spend 1 hour and 7 mins on hold just for 2 different people to tell me to wait for an email!! & still havent received an email!!!

      Recently placed two orders with finish line for three pairs of boots. They cancelled one pair without so much as an email or anything saying they didn't have them and sent me someone else's order on the final pair. So I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and only got one. AND I waited two weeks for them. I called customer service and the wait time was like I was calling the **** The ** they use for their chat feature understood absolutely nothing and now I have to wait for this package to go all the way back to them through the mail and however long it takes them to get around refunding me to get my money back. Or I have to drive 2 hours to the nearest store in ***********. Probably not doing business with them again. I guess there's a reason there are only like two stores left in my entire state

      IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO STAR I WOULD. The store I bought my shoes from CLOSED a few weeks later. I tried to return the shoes to ****** twice since they had a FinishLine in the store. That couldn't happen, since I didn't buy them at ******. Called customer service, and waited *****, someone finally answered and hung up before I could say hello. Called again, waited another 60 plus min, and got a human on the phone. Luckily I had my receipt and could give all the info, but THIS SHOULDN'T have been this hard. Crappy customer service and crappier products. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

      I returned a pair of shoes because they didn't fit. I returned them and went ahead and ordered the correct size. The new order was canceled after a few days because they were out of stock. They received the returned item 1/4/24 for a refund due of $155.15. It is 1/22/24 and I still have not been refunded my money. I tried to call customer service and it was a 45 min wait. I have sent 4 emails and not getting a response.

      Absolutely HORRENDOUS customer service. Order ON Shoes, size ****. Received Converse size 9. Informed them of the mishap, and they would not send the correct shoes that I ordered, and was charged for, until I physically returned the shoes that were wrongfully sent. I asked for a refund, and they still would not comply until I returned the shoes they incorrectly sent. I offered to have them pick the shoes up as my work schedule does not allow for time to visit ***** while theyre open, but they would not budge. I feel as if Ive been robbed and given cheap shoes that I cant use. Shop elsewhere!

      I don't even feel like going in on these bums, I told them today, to go ahead and keep the money they stole from me. Sent 2 items,then told me they sent all 3. I couldn't get a refund for an item I didn't have. So out that cash. There is no customer service, you can try. I held the line for 1 and a half hrs. Then hung up. Stay away. There scamming. ***********************.

      Placed an order 140$ I messed up accidentally put wrong address, called to try to fix it before they ship.. lady first said its already shipped then changed it to its still in the warehouse I said can I cancel or can they change the correct address she said no and try contacting ***** Im hoping now at this point it will return back to them so I can get my money back to buy my item from somewhere else mind you I wait on the costumer service line for over an hour to have a less than ten min phone convo to be told nothing can be done. Wouldnt recommend finish line

      I received a pair of used, scuffed up **** Dunks that were a gift for my son. The bottom had clear signs of being worn. Someone had stepped on the back of them and it left a scuff mark..cotton around the inside of the shoe was fuzzy and matted. I Have STILL NOT RECEIVED THE REPLACEMENT ORDER THE **** KEEP EMAILING ME ABOUT IN response to me asking for mY money back. Its the same body of the email each time, but with a different representative claiming to have called me and hasnt. I have been calling for weeks. The wait times says ***** minutes and I literally have waited that long only to be disconnected. You can never get through to speak with any body. I checked today and it says replacement order cancelled! I just want my money returned to me so I can be done with this shoe company. Definitely the worst experience ever! Never Again!!
