      Hello, my name is ***** and I was trying to purchase two supply and demand hoodies from the **************************************** #*** location in ****** ******** earlier today and I had a terrible experience. I picked my two hoodies and went to the register line and waited. After roughly 20 minutes I finally got up to the register and as soon as I got there all three cashiers left their register and started doing other tasks. The later found out manager was the only person remaining at the counter and started chatting with another employee completely ignoring my presence. After looking at me numerous times and not helping me, another customer walks up and he checks them out instead of me. I waited patiently and asked another employee to be checked out and he ignored me as well. Yall not only lost out on roughly $115 of profit from two hoodies but also my business from now on. I called the store and there was no answer and then called again a while later to complain and it turns out the cashier who refused my service was also the manager. Im pretty sure he said his name was ******** but it was slightly hard to hear over the phone. If anything could be done about this manager that would be great, he was super unprofessional and all I wanted were two hoodies. I will be leaving this same message on a ****** review as well.

      Was going to let everyone know not to order from Finish line, but looking at all these reveiws others already feel the same way. I ordered 4 pairs of shoes, date for delivery was Thurs 12/21/23. None of the will be here on this date. Each pair of shoes shipped separately and then today a email that 1 pair has been canceled. 1 pair still processing after a week. Please do not order from this trifling ************

      I placed an online order that was supposed to arrive before Christmas for my daughter. That's the reason I ordered from their website instead of a different one. As of yesterday, it still had not been shipped. I tried to call and sat on hold for well over an hour once and then again until the phone just cut off yesterday and the day before. I then tried the chat on the home page. Of course I could not speak to an actual person. That chat was useless. The only thing it said was that it had not been shipped. That's it. So then I sent 3 emails to customer service to just cancel my order. No one ever responded. So after work, I drove almost 2 hours out of the way to buy the same hoodie I ordered for my daughter so she would have it for Christmas. It was more expensive, but since I was never able to speak to a human, I didn't know what else to do. I am currently on hold again. The customer service number says that the current wait time is one hundred and twenty three minutes. At this point I have been on hold for 42 minutes again. I sent another email to just cancel the order. NO response. Just now I got an email stating it shipped today. I called and called and sat on hold for hours. I emailed repeatedly. I tried chatting, which was a joke. I tried ******** I messaged on Face Book. I have not been able to speak to anyone by phone, chat, email, ****************** or any other means. I am just trying to cancel the order, which apparently now is on the way AFTER I already went somewhere else to buy it. The Finish Line, Inc. website does not deserve any stars at all.

      Absolutely awful. I bought a pair of shoes for someone for Christmas and they canceled the order on the 21st and will hold my ****** for 5-7 business days. No explanation no nothing. This a really crappy thing to do right before Christmas. I will NEVER shop with finish Line again.

      Finish line has the worst customer service department ever. I ordered shoes in the store, and the automated system says that the item was shipped but I never received my item. After several failed attempts to reach customer service I was told that I would get my shoes in 48 hours. Here it is a day later and I still havent received a shipment confirmation. Very disappointed, and frustrated with this company. Glory A

      Trying to alter a package address shouldn't take a whole week. I was trying to get in touch with some one on the phone everyday and was told my wait time was between 60 to 90 minutes; lets be realistic here. Then to top it off no one was available for online chat, emailing was a waste because it take almost 24hrs until someone gets back to you. The communication time frame *****, and there's no eagerness to aid the customer when an email is sent.

      If I could give 0 stars, I would. Two times my order was canceled 5 days after placement. Finishline falsely advertises items in stock. They do not know what their inventory levels are. My daughter wanted a pair of shoes for Christmas that I could not afford. I was thrilled to see that Finishline had them on a promotional price I could afford. Again, 5 days after the order placement they cancel. Fine. Could have been looking elsewhere during peak sale times. After late cancelation notification, I was excited to see they had another pair in stock for the same promotion price. Ordered- Canceled 5 days later, AGAIN. I was willing to take the same shoe in a different color, they wont match that price even though it isnt the customers fault. If you need good customer care, dont rely on **********************. Supervisors call back just to say they cant assist me any further and that they are sorry. Shame on finish line for their poor customer care, unwillingness to mend their mistakes and their overall poor organization/business structure.

      I would like something to be done about the business taking people money for early shipping but coming late for delivery. I brought 200 dollar sneakers for a store pick up. The next day I get an email about a delivery thats way pass the time I need the for. When you call customer service you have zuri who cant help me with the order. This will be my last time ordering from them

      Worst online shopping experience ever. I've spent over 2 hours on the phone with no resolution to my order. I received the wrong size shoes and paid a ton of money for expedited delivery. I'm still without the correct product 2 weeks later.

      I ordered ****** shoes for my grandsons birthday. I also paid for expired shipping. This was in August 2023 three weeks before his birthday. The day before his birthday I received email that delivery wouldnt happen. They were out of stock. I would receive my refund within 7 days. I have called 3 times and still have not received my refund. It is November 6th 2023. Not to mention my ******** was extremely disappointed
