      **** I should have read the reviews haha! Ordered three pairs of shoes online, due to my lack of transportation when originally ordered, on October 12, 2023. I'd rather shop in person but couldn't at the time. I received two pairs of shoes and an empty box, that was obviously supposed to have shoes in it, on October 16, 2023. Two pairs of those shoes were **** Air Force 1's for my kids and I paid a whole $32.99 for expedited shipping too! It takes a lot for me to get upset and boy this whole predicament took a toll on my patience. When the packages came, my kids were as happy as me (because mind you they're little and were yapping my ear off until the delivery truck came). My baby girl was disappointed however because the shoes weren't in the box! So now I'm missing a pair of slick **** Air Force 1's that she was supposed to have for school. I called for a replacement. Had to fill out a 'Merchandise Not Received' affidavit. No response for a week. Called again and had to fill out another affidavit because apparently my replacement was canceled. Waited some more. Called again and asked where it was and SUPRISE I have to fill out a third affidavit..... but it was never sent to me. *Insert bruh moment* I thought communication was a two way street. Listen, my daughters ******** was better than mine after I told her the news. At this point, time was up on the replacement, process was taking wayyy too long. I called again to get a refund for the expedited shipping and the Air Forces. Pro: I got both refunds which was a relief. Con: The refund for the Air Forces was short $7.06. *Insert another bruh moment* so here I am to leave feedback. The End.

      They sent me sweatpants that were clearly used before. Had a stain on the front and the plastic wrap it came in was ripped open. Being sent used items after being charged full price by FinishLine is very odd.

      These People Are Willing Taking People Money! I Placed An Order Through Afterpay Express Which Pre Fills My Information. According To Afterpay All Of My Information Was Correct. But Finishline Decided To Go With The Information That Was Saved In My Account(**** 3 Years Ago) Once My Order Was Placed I Noticed That The Address Was Wrong. I Immediately Called Them. To See If The Address Could Be Updated Before Sending My Babies Shoes Out. They Claimed It Could Take Up To 72Hr For A Approval. That Was Fine, But The Next Day I Got A Notification Saying My Babies Shoes Had Been Shipped. So I Called Them Again To See If The Address Had Been Changed. They Apparently Denied The Request Then Took It Apon Themselves To Ship The Shoes To The Old Address Anyway. I Made It Known Im Over 300 Miles **** That ************** Not Receive The Shoes, They Made It Sound Sweet Ohh Thats Okay Once Its Marked As Delivered We Can Process Your Refund Once I Got The Notification That The Shoes Had Delivered I Called AGAIN & Had Them Process The Refund. I Got The Email Confirming They Told Me To Wait 3-5 Business Days. On The Fifth Day I Get Another Processing Refund Email ( Apparently They Denied The Refund Because It Quote On Quote Was A Successful Delivery.) When Every Representative Makes It Clear That They Can See All The Rcords And Call Notes.(Including The Denied Address Change Request) Now My Child Is Out Of Shoes And Someone Got Free Ones ABSOLUTELY NOT! I Will Never Use Them Again.TERRIBLE.

      Order a pair of Onclouds online. They sent me Pumas. I sent the Pumas back and they told me I had to wait for them to be process before they send the right pair. A week later they tell me the pumas are in waiting and it would another 48 hours. Another week later they tell me the same thing. I asked for full refund and I have to wait 72 hours for supervisor to call me. WTF is going on. This company *****. I would not even consider ordering from them. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

      Just horrible. I ordered my babies shoes on 08/13... Showed a perspective deliver dater of the 18th... Called the 23rd and was told that the shoes were lost and they'd have to send a replacement. Called again, and was sent overseas. Of course we couldn't understand one another. Finishline is c*** and apparently a thief. They may want to look into the **** I want MY MF REFUND.

      Why can't I give 0 stars?Placed an order online on 7/30/23. Order number indicates that the item was shipped the same day. However, the **** tracking number indicates that they "received notification of pre-shipment" and "awaiting item" (ie, a shipping label was created but the postal service never received the item). The expected delivery date changes every day, eg, 8/10/23, then 8/12/23, etc. Now it says the expected delivery date is 8/17/23 (today is 8/14/23). Called customer service, which claims the item was shipped on 7/30/23. Requested to "speak to a representative" and have been waiting for 46 minutes and counting for someone to pick up. *********'s review (below) is DEFINITELY a plant.

      WORST COMPANY EVER!!! THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHY THERE ORDERS GET CANCELLED, TALKED TO A SUPERVISOR AND EVEN SHE HAS NO IDEA WHAT SHES DOING, F*** FINISHLINE!!!!!

      I ordered my son shoes for back to school a week ago. They have held onto the money for the entire week and sent me an email last night that my order was cancelled with no other explanation. I called and was told they were out of stock and cancelled the order on the 4th. I still have not received the refund and was told it will take a few days. School starts in 3 days. I will NEVER order from Finish Line again. I just placed the order through Amazon. I tried to avoid that but at least they value their customers.

      I ordered sneakers online on 7/12/2023 for an event on 7/22/2023. On 7/20 I called customer service to inquire about my order with expedited shipping (3-5 days) I was advised that they were sent and would arrive 7/26/2023. Finish line could not provide me with a tracking number or reasoning why my order was not sent out until I called. I asked for fed ex shipping so I could receive on time. No call back from agent. As of 7/21/2023, no shoes, no tracking number, no refund and no time that I can get back that I spent on the line with agents for 2 hours over 2 days begging for MY money back. If you can't provide me with a tracking number after 9 days then why do I have to wait for a refund. Finish line jacked my money and has me running in circles to get a refund.....and I have to buy shoes for the event this weekend, even though I already payed Finish Line.

      Chase - incompetent store manager of ************* Mall tries to sale me a pair of air Macks for $180. He gave me the display shoe in size 10 and the shoe that was in the back. I asked him were those the only shoes and if so, I would like a discount please since they have obviously been touched over a thousand times by other consumers. He was very rude, and stated our stores dont give out discount. In which was a lie because this isnt my first time around the block. Anyrate, after I threaten to report him he goes in the back and gives me a fresh pair of size 10s. I was ******************.I had already grabbed another pair of shoes and was getting ready to check out with the more honest store associate so I brought the shoes. If it had not been for the other associate, I would have spent $300 of anything while with my date ****. Im reporting for displaying umanagerial character.
