      I previously wrote a review on this company after a presentation last year.However after my recent experience with them I felt it was my duty to come and write an honest review. Since the previous one was authored at the table with the presenter watching. Don't be fooled by the promise of a vacation. Remember to read all documents and that you have 3 days by law to get out of a contract. N just overnight your letter with tracking. Because for a moment I thought USPS was working with these people. It took me three letters (One certified, one priority, and one overnight) before even one was delivered a week and half later for in city mail. The first letter finally made it after the second one. It was all really stressful. But READ PEOPLE READ!!!!!!!!! Now since they are having people leave the BBB reviews during the presentation I am not sure if that rating was actually earned from having good business practices.

      I am unable to cancel my membership as my account is attached to a loan. You are borrowing money for something you have not used. I was giving my hard earned money to these suckers.

      if you ever have a chance to go to a presentation for club esprit DO NOT pass it up. I own 3 timeshares unfortunately and they have a program that will help me turn my timeshares into available places to stay world wide. How can you beat that? Also, the people that work at club esprit are available for you all the time. You can see them in person or virtual and they will help you get the place you want, whenever you want it. They are really great at getting you in somewhere during the peak season. That's never happened with my time shares. Check it out and you won't be disappointed. I have been a member since 2022 and I have traveled the world. The last time I went in to club esprit I had excellent service and they were truly helpful. You won't want to miss this opportunity, trust me. See if you can talk to Skyler because he was the one that helped me the most today.

      John did a great job explaining the program, was very friendly and professional. We saw the benefits but was just not the right time for us.
