    We have not felt any discomfort or complaints with the mattress. I find my husband sleeping a lot with the baby, all because the mattress is so huggable. We are very happy with the purchase.

    Great.. for a minute. Initially this mattress was very comfortable and firm. after about six months, we noticed a sagging on one side. and then the corners started sloping downwards. eventually there was a dent on my side too, with a hill in betweeen the two of us. its significantly indented on one side. The lifetime warranty is absolute bogus, they wont honor as we have a stain on the mattress from a juice spill by our child. if you intend to keep this in a glass box and never use it, go for it, but if you intend to utilize this in a house where it might get a stain, buyer beware. The mattress is falling apart from the inside but a small juice stain might be the cause? Give me a break. company has been unhelpful and unkind in their responses, and we will look far away from Dreamcloud and Nectar for our next purchase.

    Man sees plushy-cushy mattress, man buys product, man sleeps well, man HAPPY. Jokes apart, as a bachelor, I never buy anything for myself. However, with this mattress I felt I had to be selfish. And, WELL, I am happy that I bought a DreamCloud Mattress for me. In short, the man is very happy!

    Very comfortable mattress at a good price. Frame was easy to assemble and mattress has handles on the side so it is easy to carry. The box it came in was pretty big and heavy but its been great thus far.

    I ordered a bed & adjustable base from dream cloud on 4/13. I have yet to get my bed or frame. I paid for extra white glove treatment to put it together. At this point I just want my money back. The problem is I need it back in 24/48 hours so that I can buy another bed!!! Im paying rent for an apartment that I cant sleep in!!! What can you do for me???

    I tried to return their naturepedic mattress. They talked me into exchanging it for nectar mattress, it was supposed to be an even exchange the person on the phone, who barely spoken English asserted that I would pay no more. And that the loan I had on the bed would just roll the new one into it. They sent me a link to add it to a cart, it was the wrong link so she sent me another link. That was very hard to get into and all kinds of circles till I finally was in cart with about 1400 in merchandise which is 2x what I paid. it was the wrong link so she sent me another link. That was very hard to get into and took me an all kinds of circles till I finally wound up at a cart that took me to affirm and somehow Im applying for $1400 which affirm declined and now my credit is ruined. I still have the bed because I have cancer and Im on chemo and what they put me through is too much. I hope people realize bed in a bag is not such a good idea. next time Ill go to a reputable store and try out the mattresses

    HORRIBLE doesnt even describe this company!!!! I ordered 2 XL Twin adjustable bed frames. Paid for white glove delivery. When they showed up to deliver, they didnt even have what I ordered! They tried to give me a dresser. I was told that my frames would be delivered two days later. Its been 10 days and all I get is the runaround saying they cant figure out whats going on. They offered a measly $40 credit for my inconvenience! ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! This is the worst company! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

    Our previous bed would creak every time one of us used to wake up at night. That's no longer an issue, and I don't even notice when my wife gets up during the night. We couldn't be happier!

    I ordered a bundle with a mattress, bed frame, and bedding set, all said they would ship in 2 to 3 business days. The bedding (sleep bundle) and bedframe did ship in that time frame and shipping was fast and not problematic. The mattress has still not shipped more than two weeks later and despite calling or messaging with the customer service team on 4 separate occasions now, nobody will give me any update on when the mattress will ship. Their customer service is a joke and they only offer very vague, canned responses. At one point customer service offered me a $40 refund for the inconvenience, which is also a joke on a $1500 mattress. Two stars since the frame and pillows seem to be good quality, and shipped on time.
