My mother has been living with us for a while and we needed a mattress that is good enough to support her old age. The DreamCloud mattress is proving very good for aged individuals. It gives accurate support to her back with its memory foam. It is firm yet there is a comfy side to it. Shes had only good things to say.

This mattress is a lot softer then I am used to but my back is also in a lot less pain then it normally is which is obviously a great thing so I guess the softer side of this mattress is actually doing the trick!DreamCloud

The free sleep bundle was great The fact that you can get 2 pillows, a mattress pad, and a set of sheets for free was awesome I've never seen or heard of that ever. Thanks for the free bundle!DreamCloud

Slept on a DreamCloud for the first time in an AirBNB. We loved it so much we bought one for ourselves. Sales, support, shipping, and most importantly, the products, are beyond my expectations for the price. My king ******** arrived within 5 business days, but the bundle package was here within two days. Ill buy from DreamCloud again for my next purchase.DreamCloud

Ordered a king **** Was on back ordered but was promised within 1 week. Ordered white glove service & logistic company came on 4/23/24 and was unprofessional. Refused to remove bed as I was promised. Called DreamCloud while on phone with DreamCoud. Logistic company DreamCloud uses stated that DreamCloud continously lies to customers about white glove service. I SPECIFICALLY explained I needed furniture removed & bed set up...DreamCloud always state they need to contact the team to figure it out. I still don't have a resolution as of date and the logistic company was literally giggling as I was venting! I feel harassed & chastised! They were taking pictures of my room. I feel violated! I was uncomfortable with the entire situation. The morale was degrading!I want every dime back. Again, I was EXTREMELY specific I have stage 4 arthritis & can't move mattresses or frame!I need help & possibly contacting my attorney due to personal violations.It's pretty serious as far as violating my home and the logistic company laughing and taking pictures! I was lied too according to the logistic they stated with customer on speaker that ********************** are blatant liars to the company!!!DreamCloud

First slept on a Dream Cloud when visiting my daughter. Had a great nights sleep so we purchased one for us. Dream Cloud does need to change the box that the mattress is shipped in. When it arrived at our door, the one corner of the box was wide open. It was very hard for the delivery person to carry the mattress to our front door and keep the mattress inside the box. If there was any paperwork or anything else inside the box, it was gone.DreamCloud
