I've never owned a hybrid ******** before, so it's hard to rate this wonderful ********. I'm 70 and am recovering from a total knee replacement and also have some back issues. As I continue to heal, I think my experience of my new ******** will move to a 5 star. The ******** is a little firmer than I was expecting, but I know I'm still breaking it in. I replaced a 20-year-old high quality inner spring ******** and my DreamCloud ******** is a dream compared to that. I need the support for my back plus I'm a side sleeper. I chose the medium support ******** for those reasons. When my legs and back aren't hurting, I sleep like a baby. My body is probably adjusting to the firmness of the new ******** after sleeping on my old sagging ******** in addition to having had surgery. I have slept on all foam ********es in the past, and definitely prefer the additional support of the hybrid. One thing I discovered is that my king-sized sheets fit the Queen ******** perfectly. I'm glad I had some on hand. The ******** and company have been great. If you are questioning whether to buy one, I'd recommend going for it. Dream Cloud really backs their products so it's a no -risk purchase. They also offer a payment plan through Affirm at no interest if you pay all the payments within a set timeframe.

The customer service I received from ********************** is second to nown and is some of the best I've seen in a long time. Their phone agents demonstrated deep knowledge about mattresses and maintained the highest standards of professionalism. Truly, other businesses could take a page out of DreamCloud's book. I initially chose a medium-firm mattress, but found it a tad too stiff for my liking. When I reached out to their support team, they responded with genuine kindness and empathy. In just a few days, they sent me a softer replacement mattress and took care of the return of my initial purchase without any charges on my end. The craftsmanship and comfort of my new mattress are outstanding. I've enthusiastically recommended DreamCloud to my circle. My online **** for mattresses culminated in this top-notch customer service experience where I could effortlessly connect with real individuals without jumping through hoops. Such a service level is a rare find in today's business world.I would immediately opt to buy another mattress from DreamCloud over the phone, sparing me the trip to a physical store and the pushy sales tactics. I truly appreciate the tailored service DreamCloud extended to me, which is a breath of fresh air compared to many other companies' standards these days. WE love our dreamcloud hybrid. Once we tie the knot in September, we plan to sleep on it together every night. For now, as our work schedules involve night shifts, we take turns sneaking in naps on it. It's a bit firmer than what we're accustomed to, but it's incredibly snug and cozy. Overall, it's a fantastic bed. Plus, the sheets are of superb quality too!DreamCloud

Im an ex-sleep number girl, practically gave it away. My daughter had gotten a Dream Cloud, and her and her husband love theirs. Shes also an ex-Sleep Number girl! I did have to get use to my new bed, theyre so different. Im loving it!!!DreamCloud

I ordered The DreamCloud *********** arrived timely on July 8, 2023. I put it on the bed and allowed it to 'air' about 28 hours before sleeping on it. It is wonderful. My old mattress was 12 or more years old and I always woke with aches and pains. With the DreamCloud, I am waking up without the aches and pains. Love it and highly recommend it.DreamCloud

I'm in love with my DreamCloud mattress! The luxurious feel and top-notch craftsmanship make me feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud. My chronic back pain has significantly reduced since I started using it. Plus, the breathability keeps me cool through the night. They have shady business practices. I ordered 2 mattresses, frames and bedding online. A few hours later, a guy named ******* called and said that he was in ******** and that they had a spare upgraded mattress in the warehouse. He said he would deliver the upgrade. I said " how much would it cost" He replied" no charge". They wanted it out of the warehouse. I then agree to the upgrade. I saw the extra charge and contacted DreamCloud. I texted with a nice woman. She told me " the team listened to the call and I said " yes" to the upgrade as if it was a sales call. Instead of a scummy attempt at scamming me. They will not refund the extra $240.00 upgraded mattress. Unless I return it and then order the regular mattress. Hold up my money. Make me wait. If is sounds too good, it can't be real. It isn't. I hope the mattresses are worth it.DreamCloud

The bed was promptly delivered, and I allowed it to fully decompress for several days prior to using it, a step that seemingly contributed to a slightly enhanced firmness. While the DreamCloud is not as firm as I would have preferred, its comfort level is satisfactory. My partner, in contrast, is absolutely enamored with it. We've been using it for roughly a month now and up to this point, everything has been positive.DreamCloud

I would recommend the DreamCloud Hybrid mattress to any waking up with lower back pain. My back pain has diminished since the first night that I slept on my DreamCloud. Great investment!DreamCloud
