    The premier hybrid mattress is the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on. We bought the queen size with the adjustable frame. The frame fits inside our wooden frame which we already had and with the multiple length leg pieces, we were able to get a height on the frame just right to hide it inside. This was important so to match the rest of our bedroom furniture. When the head of the bed is raised slightly, we still notice each other snoring but we both agree that our snoring is a lot quieter. I like the mattress also because we can get out of bed without the bed moving and awaking each other.

    By far the most comfortable mattress we’ve ever had in 27 years of marriage. The King DreamCloud Premiere has nice firm support and just enough give for us to snuggle in for a wonderful night’s sleep. Ordered and it was shipped to the house in excellent shape. I would highly recommend Dream Cloud for anyone looking for the best.

    My mattress fail apart after my 1 year return policy. The 10 year warranty is ****. On the tag it says if you remove the mattress the warranty is void. I believe dreamcloud uses this escape clause because they know the mattresses will come apart. The stiching has come apart from the mattress topper. And the sides have pulled apart from the mattress. The white topper of the mattress has pulled away and you can see the foam middle part. Customer service says the stitching isn't part of the warranty. This mattress cost me $655 and I have 3 more payments to ******. I got a bum deal.

    We have had our mattress long enough to realize it was a good choice. Slept the whole night first night we had it. We were experiencing some back pain before purchasing and our new Dream Cloud has helped with this issue tremendously. Mike L

    It has definitely benefited my neck and back since I've been using it for a few weeks now. Extremely cozy and nice, the adjustable head and feet are a fantastic feature. I love my DreamCloud mattress.

    When looking for a new mattress, I wanted something that balanced quality and cost. The DreamCloud Premier Mattress hit that sweet spot perfectly. It’s luxurious without being over the top, supportive yet comfortable, and the cooling features are a nice touch. The price was reasonable, especially considering the lifetime warranty and trial period. I’ve been sleeping better than ever, and I believe this mattress offers great value for its price point.

    I purchased this mattress in 2018, the mattress had 2 things going for it to ensure I made the right decision. The first one is that the company would provide a one time cleaning of the mattress and also a lifetime guarantee. Fast forward to a couple days ago. My wife and I both start talking about the pain we get while sleeping on the mattress and how the mattress saggs. I call this company to voice my concerns and the tell me to send a picture top view and measure the sag which I did. I then get a email saying my warranty is void because of a stain on the mattress. I've had the mattress for 6 years. I paid $1300 for this mattress! The stain is not the concern, the lack of structure is. The rep I spoke to was so nonchalant in trying to help I could not believe the level of customer service I received. By far one of the worst I have ever experienced. No resolution, would not let me speak to a supervisor and continued to just ignore my request. The warranty was updated in 2021 and I purchased my bed in 2018. These things were not there when I purchased it, I will get to the bottom of this as I have been cheated by this company. Throughly taken advantage of and bait and switched. My mattress is defective, make it right.

    The mattress is very comfortable. This is our first foam mattress, and, while this isn’t as firm as our former traditional spring mattress, it is very supportive once you’ve settled into it. A good night’s sleep.
